I placed an online order with added preferences. They couldn’t do because it’s prepaid ( what was I thinking) but let me give compliments for this delicious, perfectly fried chicken & biscuits. All my items tasted so good. , even my drink. Thanks Popeyes Carnegie ?
The service here was quick and easy, it's a good location. The chicken doesn't have very good flavor and neither do the side dishes. The prices are extremely high, so if you're looking for fried chicken, I'd go elsewhere.
Good as always. Great customer service. Quick unlike many other locations. Only downside is their menu board. Prices were not current. Actual cost was cheaper but management needs to keep their board up to date. I would highly recommend this location.
Drive-thru line was long and moving very slowly, but it was worth the wait. My chicken sandwich was delicious! It was the first time that I had one. Highly recommended.
We had to wait for our Mac & Cheese for about 20 minutes after we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. The chicken wasn't the freshest nor was it hot, they gave us old dried out biscuits with the our 11 piece family meal, and the extra dozen I ordered. The beans and rice were cold and the best part of the meal was the Mac & Cheese. They also didn't give us any condiments at all. I feel like when you spend $35 dollars or more you should at least get some jelly.
My uber eats order was ready 40 minutes later than it was supposed to be. By the time the rest of the order was ready, they were out of the classic chicken sandwich I ordered. When I asked if I could replace it with a few chicken tenders, one of the staff yelled at me. The staff were constantly arguing with customers. The entire restaurant was incredibly chaotic. None of the staff were wearing their mask properly (should have covered mouth & nose). No one apologized for how long my food took or for them being out of food I ordered.
Again the line was clear out n the street... I waited over 45 minutes for my doordash order n only got paid $7. Popeyes really needs to do something to better accommodate delivery drivers tht get paid by commission not by the hour like they do
The staff here is wonderful, it's like a little family. We take our kids to the science center monthly and always stop at this Popeyes. Thanks guys, hope you are being treated well!
It's a Popeyes, so the food is what you expect not particularly better or worse than any other Popeyes. The one thing about this location is that it is incredibly slow. There's basically always a line because it's so popular, but even when there's not a line and I'm the only car in the Drive-Thru it takes a long time to get my food. But honestly the line is almost always out the parking lot so you might be waiting 20 to 30 minutes just to get a chicken sandwich, so be warned. It's always enticing because I see it on my drive home, but "fast" food is a little bit of a misnomer
