Had to wait 20 minutes just to place my order left waiting at the order station. Had to repeat my order three times then when I got to the window had a wait another 10 minutes service is so slow there are people just talking walking around there was four people on staff at the time and it was 8:15 at night there's no reason for bad service like this.
No menu boards no paper menus. No way of seeing the choices available or specials. The pleasant cashier started to turn her cashier screen to let me select... but I thank her and declined. 12bucks for 3 piece meal seems a little much....
I went at noon, on a Tuesday, there were 10 cars in front of me at the drive-thru. I think everybody loves that chicken from Popeyes. It was very good. And of course you have to have the beans and rice. Very pleased.

They have thighs no breast, legs but no wings, rice but gravy, peanut butter but no jelly? seriously I hate this spot! LIKE WHO OWN THIS SPOT? gotta be someone from the hood! How y’all menu was down for about a year, and when I say down I mean literally in the ground and down. POPEYES GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!! ?
To say the least my chicken was fresh and hot the young lady that took the order customer service was horrible but the young lady at the window was more pleasant again thank you for your good customer service
They are so slow , pathetic and when you pull to drive through they don’t even answer you or speak they say hold on we’ve been in line for 40 minutes this is ridiculous shut them down this is really ridiculous
Everytime I go to this specific store your waiting at least 15 minute's. Or there out of something or they can't serve you due to accident across the street. They really need to do better big time.
I order a 12 peace chicken. I told the lady that I want Drumstick and Thighs. She gave me only chicken wings. So when I told her that ,that’s not what I order she reply by I can’t take this chicken back. I told her then I don’t wanted because it’s not what I order. She said there’s nothing I can do. So I proceed to ask for a refund. 1 minute later she came back and gave the my orden the correct way.Why do I have to take what she wanted?? I am paying for my order. Never be afraid of speaking up for your self. By the way, they were very Rude.
I went today at 5:00p.m. and the cashier told me that I have to wait 15 min. With a lot of chicken and she didint ask or open the Windows to give us service. She was eating and look at us like nobody was in the car service, I will never go back, I like it but the service is.pour.
Horrible place..service was awful. Gave me wrong order, waited on line for about 30 minutes. Attendant gave me an attitude, when asked to speak to a manager, and still didn't get the manager. Will not be coming to this facility ever again..This will not end here.
