BOGO is always on top of their pizza game.. nice variety of different selections for all the goodies you want to put on your pizza and again great customer service*******UPDATE*******I've been to this lovely establishment several times since my initial visit and it's seems to be good when the A team is onWhen you get the B or C team it's a whole different outcome
Normally we would get pizzas from the cleveland heights location but only on tuesday. I personally never felt like they were worth the money but they weren't terrible. Just not worth it. Recently however I ordered their "jumbo wings" expecting actual jumbo sized wings just to get the smallest wings I've ever seen in my life. Not to mention some of them weren't even wings. Also my family thought they tasted a little burnt and like they were boiled before being cooked. Basically, that was probably my last visit there. I had only gone there because the ratings were high and I needed wings last minute and they were close by. The person on the phone seemed less than enthusiastic too when I called so I'd just say this was the experience to solidify that I wont go back. Paid too much money for something I could have gotten so much more for if I had the time to cook it myself. If I had bought wings from the grocery store they would have been larger and I would have gotten way more for the price.
Every time I’ve ordered from this location the pizza and service has been great but tonight 3/22/2022 at 8pm the person who answered the phone could not have cared less about me ordering. No care for customer service, I’ve ordered from this location for 6 years now, I know how to order my favorites and to be told “we don’t have that here” and then repeat my order to be 100% wrong makes me sad and worried if the order is good for pick up… very frustrating
I work for a company in Beachwood and our corporate was here and wanted pizza so when I called, with the corporate people right there, the guy who answered was very rude and nasty because I asked did they deliver...we wanted to do catering for the company but the guy was nasty and ignorant and it was embarrassing to have my corporate people here to hear that. I will definitely let my people know to stop dealing with such a company that employs rude and nasty people. He also hung up on us right before we could say we could pick it up.
I would definitely recommend this resturant for all who loves to eat Vegge pizza, they are the best. I Laos liked the cheese pizza but it was OK but not bad. The main part of their pizza is the sauce thay comes with it ?, must try. ?
This was the worst pizza ever , I had a friend pick it up and I called to complain they told me I should have looked at it before I left. I said I didn’t pick it up they said that’s not our problem. This place does not have customer service for a customer who has been ordering for years. DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA BOGO
First try was today and not disappointed at all. Been over in the area for a while and just now trying it. Had a bit of a wait but it was expected with it being not only a Friday but a holiday. And the wings were EVERYTHING! will be back
I ordered three pizzas today from them and I sent my daughter in not only where the pizzas wrong but we were told one price and it was another the guy that answers the phone have an attitude and act like your bothering them and the manager has to pick up the pieces I feel for her she needs real help this place have really went to the dumps the last few times I was there I will never be going back again after today
Ordered 3 Miracle Crust pizzas today 12/17/21 around NOON. By far the worst experience I've ever had here my family haven't had pizza here in awhile so we're always excited for it. Pizza tasted like it was old a resold pizza from another day last time you're getting my cash Bogo a No-No RIT rest in trash.
