Staff was unfriendly. When I asked a question I was told to put my mask up...my mask was on and on correctly. Wow just not a welcoming/ kind vibe here! Coffee was not good either!
Im in town for a conference and wandered into Phoenix this morning. The atmosphere was great and baristas were super friendly! I was being a difficult customer and asked them to make me something they don’t have on their menu. They were extremely accommodating, patient, and didn’t seem annoyed or anything! And of course, the coffee turned out amazing. So smooth and delicious. Highly recommend!! ?
First time at this location, love the look! The tulip on my friends latte was perfect as well!
Somewhat rude staff. Told not to move a chair around by the women working here, which embarrassed us and people were staring at us. She said she had to be the one to do it. Totally uncomfortable experience and certainly not a welcoming environment. I would recommend for those type of people to work from home instead of around the public.

I go here all the time as I live in the apartment building above it. Staff is very friendly. Good coffee and pastry assortments. Also do a great job with Covid precautions.
