masks required.. thought that was kinda weird considering the latest updates on 'covid'. But whatever just put on a mask cause I wanted to get some coffee and im not a child. I tried Phoenix about 2 years ago and it wasn't good but thought I'd give it another go, was still so gross, and a paper straw to make things worse. Won't be trying it again.
Delicious rosemary bagel with cranberry brie. Really good cookies, coffee, nice vibe, polite staff, everything was well done. A great spot for coffee and a bagel in Cleveland.
My girlfriend and I were excited to try the coffee here for our first time and were extremely disappointed! We stepped one foot into the door and were offered masks, we declined and were told it was a requirement. The woman in front of us who held the door open didn't seem to mind we didn't have masks.. However, owners and staff are in fear and pushing it onto potential new customers with no regard or respect for their personal preferences or medical exemptions #plandemic
Any chance to have a little power over someone they will absolutely take it. I had finished my coffee and was chatting with a friend. Out of nowhere the mask police came over and told me I would have to leave if my mask was not put back on. They hovered over me just waiting for me to finish my drink so they could come over to create some drama. We will not be returning to this place ever again. Stay away unless you want to encounter a power tripping Karen
They have a nice cold brew latte. The parking lot is right next to it, and the place is not big but cozy. I liked Everything scone for breakfast as well.
We love Phoenix! Don’t go anywhere else. Staff is extremely friendly, coffee is awesome, and our dogs LOVE it here. The staff is always incredibly kind to our dogs as well and asks about them when we don’t bring them! Phoenix is the best.
Was a very neat place, just a few minutes away from where we stayed which made it super convenient. Coffee was really good, as well as the customer service. I would for sure recommend and go back my self if I was in town.

Love the Covid precautions they make. Love the variety of gluten free options (my bagel was YUMMM), and the dairy free spread, the options for tea AND THE BEAUTIFUL PLANTS FOR SALE ? ?????
