Really good coffee and such a cute interior! Great to do some work as well thanks to the quick wifi!
Manager sitting in office 9:15am. Front door says open at 7am. I watched the manager hang the phone up on me. Lamest coffee shop ever.Got a response saying they updated their website to say they were closed for the bankers holiday… no sign in door, google maps page wasn’t updated and the rude manager couldn’t take the 10 seconds to answer the phone and say it… still lame.
My favorite coffee shop and honestly sometimes the only thing that gets me through the morning. The coffee is fantastic, baristas very friendly and patient with customers, pastry is delicious, and also has some cool merch. They have a couple of seasonal beverages that switch out every few months that are also nice. Thank you for existing, Phoenix Coffee!
The barista here was such a doll! I travel for a living and she gave us great recommendations for things to do in Cleveland. On top of that, they also have gluten free and vegan baked goods! I got a tahini marshmallow cookie (gf/vegan), and they also offer a gf/vegan chocolate oat cookie and a gluten free lemon blueberry muffin (not vegan). It's unfortunate there isn't an option for dine in right now, it's a very cute place too. The gingerbread latte I got was very nice as well. Good to know this is a local chain, I will certainly be back!
Literally the greatest staff I've ever met . Genuinely great people. They happen to make a great cup of coffee as well
I love it here! I come here alot to study and the staff here is so sweet and remembers me every time I come in. The shop is super cute and cozy AND THE COFFEEEEEE OMG. I love their lattes (both plain and vanilla) and you have to try their cinnamon bun muffin...mannnnn. My new go to spot in downtown Cleve :)))))
One of the best coffees I’ve had! I wish I was local to Cleveland to make this my go-to coffee shop. They have a great selection and amazing syrups to add to your coffee. They even make their vanilla flavoring in-house — so so good!The staff was also so kind and helpful. I’ll be sure to stop in next time I’m in town!

Dine in is available at almost all coffee shops now. Used to frequent this place but their political jargon, lack of accomodations and inconvenience has turned me away.
