Had a lunch meet with a vegan friend. The food was fresh well-seasoned and came out in a timely manner. Definitely enjoyed myself. It can be hard to find as it's in the back of an office building.
The restaurant is in downtown building and it the only pho restaurant that opens until 10 pm. The round eye steak on the pho was so big, thick and tough. The shrimp cabbage salad was good.
This was right around the corner from our hotel so we at here for dinner. Was very pleased with the food and service. It was very convenient and we didn’t have far to walk considering it was a very chilly evening. We were greeted by friendly staff members and sat where we wanted. I ordered the charbroiled shrimp and he ordered a beef soup and garden spring roll. Food was very good. We ended up eating there twice but only took pictures the first evening. I’d eat here again if there was another visit in the area.
Wife took us to Cleveland and we stopped by this Vietnamese restaurant since we craved for some Viet Noodles again. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable. The servers were nice and the food was good, somethings needed improvement (overcooked pork feet, too tender beef) but overall food are very delicious and we enjoyed them. Highly recommend to local and tourists. Thanks

My husband and I were passing through Cleveland and thought we'd try this restaurant because of it's great reviews. We have eaten Pho in many places and this was by far one of the worst in quality, value and service. There were two other tables when we arrived for dinner so this place wasn't busy. There was only one waiter and she wasn't friendly, which was fine since we were there for the food not the service. Right away I also noticed the prices on the menu were a lot higher than posted on its website, for example A11 Banh Mi Cha on their website priced at $6.50 but $10 at the restaurant. We ordered it anyway to try but regretted it after. This was not an authentic Vietnamese sandwich, edible but bland and not worth the price. We both also ordered pho and found it lacking in flavor, a little on the salty side and there wasn't enough fillings (meat). At any Pho restaurant, they always let you substitute whichever combination of fillings in your pho. At this restaurant, they had P6. Phở Tái Sách – Eye Round Steak and Beef Tripe but he asked to substitute the eye round steak for the well done stead. The waiter looked confused about the substitution so he had to explain the fact that he wants the well done steak instead of the rare steak. Normally the bill would be brought to you when you ask for it or at the end of your meal but in this case, our waiter brought us the bill when we were still eating. Then we noticed on the bill that instead of substituting the rare for the well done meat, they gave him the well done meat but also added $4.00 extra. So basically he got the same amount of meat but also paid more for it. It would have made sense if he got more meat for the extra charge! We did not enjoy our the meal and will not be going back here. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Crazy fast, great price, huge portions. Was sent to Cleveland for two week and stumbled upon this hidden gem on the third night and have been back three more times. Highly recommend!
There is nothing better than a hidden gem restaurant and that's what this place is indeed. Comfortably tucked inside the Superior building, this spot is a great reprieve from bustling city life and spots. Their noodles are fantastic and the staff is amazing! Highly recommend for any lunch or dinner plans.
I have to be really impressed to leave a review. This place is my new favorite! The food was delicious, the staff was patient, kind, and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Portions were big and prices were very affordable as well. I can't wait to return!!
