With some Vietnamese but mostly a Cambodian bent, Phnom has been a long-time staple on W25th down from Westside Market and is an authentic experience. Below is Cambodia Coconut Soup with beef, shrimp, etc in a chicken broth and a bit spicy. Next is their unique offering of stirred combination of chicken, beef, and shrimp with no rice or noodle and just a simple broth. Finally their traditional Cambodia dessert “Bong ‘Em La Pov” is a pumpkin custard dessert made of pumpkin, coconut, egg, palm sugar, and topped with whipped cream and is awesome. This is a definite great authentic experience without leaving Cleveland.
Let me prefix by saying that we haven't been to a Cambodian restaurant in ages simply because the options are lacking where we live. When we saw good reviews of this place we were excited only to be disappointed by an authentic menu with less than authentic outcome. When inquired were told that certain groups of customers would prefer this way and that, and the local governance wouldn't allow the use of certain key ingredients. This translates to mediocre food and lackluster customer service. When the staff talked to an excited Cambodian customer and didn't accommodate don't expect a recommendation and a revisit. This is too bad.
Very good food. 4 adults and 2 kids were all very happy with their meals. We came in late when the restaurant was pretty much closed but the man working greeted us with a smile and great food suggestions and made us feel welcome. The general consensus was that we were looking forward to returning again in the future. Thank you for a great dining experience.
Went back after not being there for a while! Portions were very small and the price were very large! Egg rolls were the size of tootsie rolls! They need to update their prices on line as they are almost double what they say! It’s no where near as good as when they were on Lorain! It use to be so good! Rice and noodles are inexpensive why cut back on those things!
The food and atmosphere are so great! Everything we’ve tried has been excellent, cooked fresh and really good. Highly recommend.
Great meal and great service! Staff friendly and helpful. Was there on a Saturday just before noon. Not very busy,not sure why. This is an awesome place with authentic tasty food!

Our food is always delicious great service and our waitress Janette is is always the sweetest thing ever and make sure that all of our needs are taken care of. Portions were great always more food than what I can eat
Love this joint. For all of the serious spice lovers- you can order dishes "dragon hot" here (off-menu). Some of the hottest, yet most flavorful food I've ever had.The khmer bunn is also absolutely delicious.
