Not a bad place. Love the hot Italian, and cheese steak! Usually not busy, but there are times they're swamped.Pro tip: check your order before you leave. Sometimes orders get mixed up (mostly with online ordering/pickup), which let's be honest... it happens. But rather than drive home, or to your destination... slide over to a table and make sure you have what you ordered.
The Chef name Ray and whomever may have helped did an excellent job ? the best subs in Cleveland & Columbus, I never had a grilledveggie sub that literally taste like grill season meat. My guys loved the BLT and the Rueben subs.
Night manager very unprofessional arguing with customer. Did not want to give customer refund back. Trying to assault customized by calling girlfriend or significant other up to the store.
The food was actually good....but the wait was TERRIBLE....30 minutes ? with 6 people working 2 were playing around, the young guy at the register needs customer service 101

If I could give this no stars, I would. My husband went into the Cleveland location on vista way earlier this afternoon. He got the his sub with uncooked chicken. Completely raw and UNCOOKED. Frustrated, we called this location, and the manager didn’t have any answers so she transferred me to the general manager, Shay. Shay was very rude and had zero customer service. Her response to me was “unfortunately it was overlooked” no genuine apology was given. I am hoping for no sickness or food poisoning. But this was the absolute worst experience I’ve had. Would never go back to any Penn Station after this.
The gentlemen working here was fast and so kind. Although they had a large amount of web orders come in they kept us updated in the store and got us done as quickly as possible.. My Reuben was delicious!
