Walked in. Fine. Ordering fine. Then the health code violations just start rolling in.1. No hair nets.2. The girl that put my sandwich together cut her finger, put a band-aide on it but no gloves? No gloves during the entire process actually.It seems like everyone in the restaurant during a 5 pm dinner time when people are going to come in they just weren’t present. The only present person was the dude the took the order. That’s about it. It was honestly absolutely disgusting.
Guess covid changed a lot of how things are done since I last visited the store. The way you have to order and unable to watch how your sandwich is made. Prices are definitely up higher.
Literally waiting on my sandwich right now & this place has changed. Horrible attitudes literally kill a business. I also cancelled my order. People have a lot on their plates throughout the day. The last thing we need is an attitude where we're spending money. That's all I got. I'll be spending elsewhere so feel free to keep this up. I like the sandwiches but I can cook or just go to Sheetz. The slightly older woman was nice. The two taking and making orders acted as if they were doing me a favor
Would have gave it more stars but some of the employees had an attitude and getting your change was almost an impossibility. Definitely the attitude of the workers needs to be much better especially those that are taking your order.

Horrible customer service, So much Cross Contamination.I didn't even want the sandwich.While my food was on the grill an employee was wiping the hood right above my food. Then the same area where my sandwich was about to be cut another employee cut tomatoes and the lady making my sandwich wipes the area with a paper towel and proceeds to put my bread on the nasty wet surface...
Definitely a good place for lunch. The staff was polite, considerate, and pretty quick also. It was a pleasant experience and would recommend.
I love this place fries are so good and cheesesteak is on point. Just dont get the Reuben ??
Yes I will give it to you guys!! The Best penn station!! My sub was so fresh and delicious! I will be back here at this location for now on.
