Employee name jaycob gave the worst customer service ive ever seen snapped at me for every question i had about the sandwiches. But his curls were on point tho?

Eveytime I do contractor work for Cleveland Cliffs this is my favorite lunch spot!! Great Chessesteak

Went here for the first time ever today because my someone said let's just try their subs, so I said ok, I love chicken parmesan (Classic) I might add, because if you're thinking classic is what you're getting you're wrong it was chopped up chicken breast, no breading on the chicken like I'm used to and I was very disappointed I have to say in that sub. Will never prefer that sandwich again but I tasted a dagwood sub and I did like that so the subs are good not as big as I would think for a large at $11 and change. Overall 3 out of 5 stars for that.

I would give them a negative 20. I been going to Penn station for over 20 years from the very first location to the worst location in America. Steelyard. I try to talk to the manager no concern. I called the corporate office they left a message for the owner. Nothing. I pay 29 for a chicken cordon Bleu no chicken throw together literally THROWN. I've purchased over $150 orders fory employees from the avon location. They are wonderful. DO NOT go to STEELYARD

We just spent $40 and received slop. I tried to call before coming back up and of course they don’t answer. My sandwich was incorrect, fries were burnt and cold, like how is that even possible. I should have just canceled my order when I saw the pay station where you swipe your credit card. It had food and what appeared to a liquid all over it. I had to use a napkin to grab their pen and sign. This is how my sandwich looks and this is a small fry. This is not $11.85 worth of food. I asked for lettuce and tomatoes onions and mushrooms and none of that is on the sandwich. It’s PB & J for dinner I guess

Understaffed location made me wait 25 minutes after I paid for my food. They served 6 people who ordered in line after me. Don't waste your time here.

Ordered online thinking it would be quick to run in and grab. If you’re picking up an order you have to stand in line anyway. So by the time I got to the register they made four fresh subs for the people in front of me and mine was cold and soggy. If I ever come back I surely won’t order online and definitely won’t go to the steelyard location.

I didn’t get my order right and I also changed it at the register. Clearly my toppings are missing and when trying to call about it no answer

This sub place is a solidly OK choice for subs - I would give the food 3.5 stars and the service 2 stars. This place is far better than subway (but dumpster food is better than subway), and not as good as Jimmy John's, though they have more options than JJs. My primary complaint about this place outaide of their slow,, apathetic service is their online order system. Sometimes it does not process, and even when it does, your food is never ready when it tells you it will be ready.Their service is the worst: The last time I ordered online, I arrived 20 min after ordering, when the food was supposed to be ready. They still hadn't started my order. The staff said they weren't sure I was coming to pick it up, despite the fact that I paid online in advance. So I waited another 15 min while they put walk-ins ahead of my 2 sandwich order.Long and short, the food is above 3 stara, the service is below three stars.

We had a good experience at this Penn Station Subs location! The food was excellent! The service was good, and the dining room was clean! We will be back!
