Staff was incredibly rude as well as inefficient. If you need to eat you'll be far better off bringing food in.

Working here after a stressful day you’d think they be friendly and organized, not even close! Messed up my order, got yelled at to back away from the counter when I was trying to ask or correct my order. There a short girl there whom, has a mask over her face she demanding thank yous not friendly
Constantly out of food items. Every sandwich is basically sold out on the menu. I don't understand how you can run a business like this. Hopefully when this lease is up we can get rid of Panera.
My favorite lunch time spot. The lemon ? drop cookies are my favorite ! The bravo turkey sandwich and pulled BBQ chicken sandwich is also my favorite go to . Along with chicken noodle soup .
The orders are messy and nothing like the pictures. Check your order before leaving. I have experienced items missing and wrong items in my bag. The staff doesn't follow special requests you put in the kiosk when ordering. Some of the staff are rude and unprofessional. My opinion is for the price you expect better.
This location is not service oriented. The staff ignores people when they attempt to ask questions and if someone does help it feels like an unwelcome interruption. This is consistently what I have witnessed and occasionally experienced in about 6 visits over the course of 9 months. There really isn’t a whole lot of other options and their attitude shows that they know it.
I came here for a sandwich that literally had raw purple chicken in it. It was the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. It was disgusting and unacceptable. My friend also ordered the same sandwich and hers was the same way. $10 for a sandwich with raw meat inside, really Panera????UPDATE: they refuse to even give me a full refund after me getting food poisoning from their RAW chicken they served me in my sandwich. The cashier was extremely rude as well. I will never return to Panera again after this.
After today I will NEVER spend another dollar here again. Very expensive and always something wrong with my order. $12 on a green goddess salad and the lettuce was rotten. The avocados were brown. Disgusted me. Took it bk got a new one. Still tasted horrible and I think the dressing was spoiled ??♀️ really sucks us on 3rd shift this is our only option. I wish they would get rid of them! Plus wasted 30 mins of my 45 min lunch. Horrible and unexceptable!
Sad to see such a stellar medical facility have such a poorly run restaurant. It’s covid, and most if not all of the employees in the food prep area did not have their mask either 1. On at all covering their mouth/nose 2. Having their nose show fully.
