I love it everything is fresh

You can’t go anywhere where there’s “US” and have peace of mind. I went around rush hour and it was overwhelmed with urban high school kids. Sounded like I was at my local dive bar. On top of that, the staff got my last name wrong and thought it was funny to the point they said it wrong knowingly after I corrected them. Very rude staff. And the annoying inner city youth definitely don’t help. Case students stay away

It gets the customers thanks to their location. This certainty makes their service and food subpar. They have gotten so many orders wrong when I customise. I don’t customise in this location anymore. Just stick to the basics is my advice.

They never get delivery orders correct. I’ve order three time and it was either something missing or not prepared correctly. When I call the people that answer are very rude

Our chess club meets here on Sundays. I find the decor to be very good, the food has been historically good and still is, and it's in a very accessible spot. Easily accessible by bus or car.

I am writing this letter to bring into your concern, the most recent experience I had on December 9, 2021 at Panera Bread Café # 204634. On the date mentioned above I placed order #660898058 totaling $45.42 at your café for Rapid Pickup. Upon entering the café as per the usual I proceeded to the rapid pickup section to pick up my food which was ready and sealed. I assumed this order to be complete and proceeded back to my office. After unpacking the items and distributing them to the staff we realized that an item was missing from the order. I then proceeded to contact the café directly to inform them of the issue. I was told that they would have my missing item ready for pickup. I returned to the store to retrieve the missing item and was told to go to the line to pick it up. I asked the person would there be any compensation for the inconvenience and I was told very sarcastically “Yes, we are compensating you with your food”. Never could I imagine this level rudeness from any Panera Bread Café employee. I asked to speak to a manger and she informed me that she was the manager. I asked for her name so that I could contact the corporate office and she refused. A pastry, $1 off or a free beverage that I was offered by the actual manager after 10 minutes of waiting is not enough to make the experience great again. All in all I spent over $45.00 for lunch for my staff and it will NEVER happen again especially at this particular Panera. I will miss my Turkey Chili but not for this anguish. Never again!

Dirty restaurant, servers not wearing mask properly, fruit flies by coffee stand, no soups or sandwiches the day I arrived. Servers are not paying attention to customers walking in

I like the food but when I went to do my hot tea I found the hot water is not clean I asked many times to look at it and this one is not my first time

Below average place with terrible customer service. They got my order wrong and gave me a tuna sandwich instead of a vegetarian one. When I complained they never said sorry and just offered me a new sandwich. I would never recommend such a place to anyone.
