7-26-2022 I ordered a short rib dinner , when I got home to eat , I found out my ribs was so hard and old! The meat was brown in color covered with sauce I mean it was horrible! How can you serve someone this stuff and expect them to eat it. I paid for you to serve me this stuff that should have went to the garage. You guys all about the money and not serving quality food. And let’s not talk about how long I waited that’s a whole separate topic! I won’t be eating there again!
Sloppy food and bad customer service!!!Needs to be shut down!!! Wheres the short guy who always made sure your food was fresh and presentable? No one cares about quality of food here anymore
They don’t answer the phone .. customer service is horrible, I ordered form this establishment at 6:42, it is now 8:23 and 4 DoorDash drivers later the food is still not here .. I’ve wasted 50$ and I am not happy at all
So the food is great but when I say they are slower than molasses. I have been standing in line for 20 minutes to place an order bc they stopped answering the phone. There were only two ppl ahead of me. Please retire the older lady, she’s slow and it’s already made to order food…I don’t want to wait additional time just to place the order.
The place is a bad area there is security of sitting inside so that should tell you something. The weight is completely ridiculous so if you order you should do so ahead of time for sure. And I shouldn't even rate the food because after 20 minutes of standing waiting in that hot and I mean hot area I left without even an order
Had not been in years. The portions are a little smaller now, but the food was great. Seasoned, and sauced up to my liking.
The food was not fit for human consumption. I waited an hour, drove 40 minutes to get there and was so ready to eat. The food, the sauce, was absolutely horrible. I was so disappointed and upset that I didn’t even request a refund because they couldn’t reimburse me for my time nor could they make the meal right because they are incapable of doing so!
WOW, This place still have good chicken wings and Rib Dinner. Good customer service . Thanks and God Bless
Excellent flavor, having said that I couldnt eat the meat! Way hard rubbery ( I'm sorry) sucks! Can't even get a bite because I don't think they cooked low and slow ! Will never order again! Not worth 30 dollars ! Lima beans delicious but way over priced ! I get It I know COVID
I bought Rib tips get home and this is what I received ? y'all became so sloppy I miss the old open pit, y'all are terrible now
