My favorite bar! Been going here for years. Ohio city very own especially for us urban folks..the bartender is awesome and caring..he even brought me drinks to my table without me asking and he knew what beer and liquor I drink! Awesome place highly recommended!
Love this place! Been twice now and the service is always amazing. So friendly and helpful. Feels like hanging in your living room! Love coming here when I'm in town.

Just explored the market and wandered upon this tavern for a late lunch! What a find. Great people, food, service. Very helpful accommodating one with GF diet restrictions. So glad we stopped in.
Great place to catch up with friends. Love the indoor outdoor feel. We enjoy watching soccer matches here with fellow fans. The owners are so friendly and the food is great!
Found this place to be rude service the waiter found out that I wasn't going to order food right away and snatched the menu off the table and gave it to another table and I was waiting for somebody else to show up before we had anything to eat so I never got to try the food so I can't say whether it's good or not cuz of the rudeness
Good locals bar, people very friendly and bartender was a hoot dancing and singing. I had onion soup to start and it was awesome, big portion. Then went in for the lamb stew, plenty of meat and gravy was rich and tasty. She had shepherds pie, great taste and big portion, she likes it a little more creamy but was good. As people mentioned soccer rules here. We will come back to try other things.
Awesome atmosphere, food was great. I'd recommend giving this place a try. If you love Cleveland sports then this is definitely a place to watch!
Friendly place for out of town visitors!
My girlfriend and I decided to fight- off cabin fever and wander thru the market area last Sunday. Old Angle had good vibes so we went in for lunch. Turned out to be a great choice. She is vegan and at times, its difficult to order past a dinner salad. Turned out to be a good choice anyway. I got fish and chips. My girl is a french fry freak so we shared them. Everything was exceptional, staff was happy and easy. Old Angle was a big part of a nice day for us… Thanks !!!
