$9 for a naked burrito - items missing, cold. Chipotle it is. No thanks Ohio City BurritoWOW, they said bring it back and they'll correct it. Now my lunch has been sitting for over an hour and riding in a hot car. The plopped some sour cream on it and sent it back. How are these guys still open for business? Disgusting. They probably spat in it too.
It goes without saying that this place is delicious. It is famous for a reason. But what really set it apart was the service. Everyone working there was friendly, patient, and helpful. We had our hands full with a baby and an energetic toddler in what is a pretty tight space and everyone was kind and patient with them as well. There wasn't a high chair that we could find, so that was the only downside, but the quality of the food and the stellar service made up for it.
April 2022: Stopped here for a quick bite prior to going to the 16 Bit bar. Ordered the burrito with chorizo and beef, cheese, salsa, jalapeño peppers w/ fresh garlic all for $9.Pros:* Good food that rivals that of Chipotle.* The ambience and decor is cool and reminds me of "dia de los muertos" celebration.* friendly staff.Cons:* although they have seating and tables, they get filled up quickly during high volume times.
Visiting Cleveland for the day, looking for a new place to eat, we came across Ohio City Burrito. This is a build-your-own meal, selecting from a variety of options: burritos, tacos, taco salad, nachos, and quesedilla. Pick your protein from chicken, beef, pork, shrimp (and, on Fridays, cod). Refried beans or whole black beans. 6 kinds of salsa. We enjoyed our Talia's Taco with pork carnitas and 25th Street Taco with shrimp, both topped with roasted corn salsa, lettuce, cilantro, onion, and cheese. And a Taco Salad. Food offerings made fresh! Totally yummy! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Service was good. Prices are reasonable. Nice ambiance! Enjoyed the window seats. Happy with our choice. Hope to eat there again on a future visit to Cleveland.
While we were on a short vacation in Cleveland, we found this authentic Mexican place and were very grateful. We had burritos, tacos (soft), and nachos. Yum!They let you add all the ingredients you wanted once you chose which item on the menu you wanted. The queso was a tad bit spicy for me, but for anyone else, it was mild and delicious. We loved it and would go there again if we were in the area.We highly recommend this place and they were pretty busy at lunch, but also very quick to get our food. ??
I have been coming to this location for years. The food is always consistent, fresh, and good. The staff are always cool to talk to and so friendly. My only reason for not giving 5 stars, I wish they would have more of a flavor rotation. A new protein, or new way a protein is seasoned, even if for a limited time, would excite me. A soup in winter, perhaps. A girl can dream.
owner is a pervert. they have critters in there
Went with my friend to ???? ???? ???????. The restaurant operated very swiftly and I love the interior esthetic ?. I ordered the brother’s burrito ? with shredded chicken ? and also a delicious cold horchata drink?. Everything tasted delish and I can’t wait to return! ??
I have loved going to Ohio city burrito in person. However earlier this week I placed an order on Doordash. Not only did I receive LESS THAN HALF of my order, the items I did receive were wrong! I ordered 3 burritos and 1 naked burrito along with 2 sides of chips and queso. I received 1 burrito and 1 naked burrito..which were wrong. Additionally, the phone number on the receipt did not work nor did the one listed on Google.Go visit in person, never order for delivery.
Amazing quality. Great amount of food that will stuff your appetite. Staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Blows chain burrito places out of the water.
