This was the first time that we ate at your establishment. I felt that it was a bit disorganized when we were eventually seated. It took a long time to meet our server. She was quite nice. I do believe her name was Jordan. I asked for my cheeseburger to be served on toasted rye bread. It was brought on marbled rye. I could not eat the bread and the hamburger meat was horrible tasting. It tasted like rotten meat. Later on that night I had GI distress. The fries were tasty.
First time here at Nano Brew and it definitely won't be the last! We were debating on a few other Ohio City spots but I'm so glad we decided on Nano. Our server Rafee was super friendly and gave us some really cool info on the history of the place, including about the Bike Boxes around the area. Food and brews were really good, overall a 10/10 experience.
Had a wonderful experience for their brunch the hostess sat us and then became our waitress. Autumn was truly amazing, her vast knowledge of the menu and different brews was extremely helpful. Sometimes you go places and see the wait staff just talking and relaxing, that wasn’t the case with Autumn. She was constantly on the go it’s nice to see hard working employees that take pride in their work as well as place of employment.
Located in what is called the historic part of Ohio, this is a great gem of a restaurant. When visiting Cleveland, I pass by the restaurant and needed to finally stop in. I am not a beer drinker by the cocktails were delicious. Inviting atmosphere; 2 dogs and their owners were near the bar. Beautiful big windows for great sunlight. Welcoming staff and let's not forget delicious food. We ordered White BBQ wings, mac and cheese balls, Acid burger and Spicy burger. The mac and cheese needed more cheese. I genuinely believed I got fried noodles but everything else was great.

Every year this bar cuts a hole in the wall and takes over the neighboring building. In 50 years, west 25th street is going to be nothing but one long Nano Brew. It's really good. You'll enjoy yourself, and there are plenty of rooms.

Stopped in for a drink during my bachelorette weekend and Rafee was so much fun! He was a blast, great bartender, and made all the girls laugh!
We absolutely loved nano because Kerry was our server and she was PERFECT. She was so attentive and sweet. We loved having her as a server. Kerry was amazing at attending to our every needs and making the night light and fun. Will definitely be returning.
