Love this location! I’ve been here multiple times and every time it’s been very clean, and the staff is not only friendly, but they are efficient. You get fresh food-FAST! On top of the fact that Mr. Hero in general just has great fast food! My favorites are the Roman Burger and the Zesty Philly! Can’t go wrong with either!
The Buttered Cheeseteak Sandwich with waffle fries and cheese dip was real good. Along with An Iced cold Pepsi.
Very clean and well staffed place.When you crave a n Northeast Ohio favorite you head for Mr Hero! Lol.Here we have a traditional Romanburger with cheese wafer fries, a chicken Philly with green peppers and onions, and finally a romanburger BTE (for the extra hungry).Call ahead for take away, or go in and order. Friendly staff.
Employees are always professional and friendly.I've never had to wait long for anything.Food is always fresh and made perfectly.I worked at Mr.Hero's in Fairview Park for a few years and it was the best experience. I'm glad I live near another Mr. Hero that has quality standards just like the one I worked at.Keep up the great job!
