I haven’t had me hero in years and my family decided to go to the place to try and see what they had again and enjoy a meal. While eating I found hair in my fries and at the bottom of the bag. I was disgusted and thinking about how I just not potentially ate someone else’s hair. I almost got sick and took my families food and tossed all of it and we went home and just decided to cook. I understand this experience isn’t what everyone has had but this is what I had and it I will not be going back again.
Love Mr Heros just to darn expensive. Not very healthy.
They were fast, surprisingly so with a drive thru, but it always looks closed because it's so dark around the building, even the drive thru board is dark. You wouldn't know it actually works unless you pulled up to it anyway

Parmatown location is the best! Never have any issues except for the pothole your tire gets stuck in at the pickup window. It's like nastalgia from an 80's movie! (That's how long the pothole has been there). Any Parmanian who frequents here knows what I'm talking about. ?Note to owner, a bag of cement is like $4, couldn't get any worse. ?
Very dirty somewhat old and rundown. They also charge to substitute which other mr heros don't charge
Rick is a delight. The Roman burger is to die for!!
I've eaten Roman Burgers since I was a little kid and now I am almost 50 and this experience was great from the girl that answered the phone super sweet and polite the manager great and the sandwich was fantastic so happy I picked this mr. Hero and so happy that we're back to maskless ordering and picking up food!
