Recently came to this location at 11:50 p.m. at night on April 10th 2022 and have to say this is by far one of the worst experiences at McDonald's I've ever had I placed an order for pickup through the mobile app and when I can to pick it up was greeted at the intercom and was told to come to the second window when I passed the first window a heavy set black woman proceeded to wave at me and said no I told you to check in at the first window so I said no my hearing is pretty good and I'm fairly confident you told me proceed straight to the second window and then handing me my receipt and then slam the window and had an attitude and when I've got to the front there was another lady there who gave me my order who seem like she just absolutely did not want to be there when I said thank you have a nice day proceeded also slammed the window on my face I used to work at McDonald's when I was a teenager back when I was about 15 and a half 16 for about a year or so and I'm 24 now and have to say service is just completely gone down the drain avoid this location like the plague I've been at McDonald's on the east side that treats you better than this location

Good customer service friendly drive thru quick and easy food ready at the window whoever the crew is tonight is good! Thank you! I’m pregnant and had cravings and the food was good and fresh! Now if only 117th & Clark could be step up their game
3rd shift crew -drive thru 3/30/22 W 150th location next to taco bell and rallys..I pulled up, I was the ONLY customer. I waited, waited, waited and waited to place my order but no one took my order so I drove around to the first window...no one, I drove up to the second window and two ignorant "little girls" looked over when I stopped. I asked them if they were still taking orders and the one said "yeah, we literally asked you what would you like AS you pulled off".So they asked to take my order only as they see my car pulling off after waiting so long...yeah right. Anyhow, she asked me to drive around again to take my order. I did and as I'm ordering I can hear in her background other employee just yelling and being very ignorant.
I'm Love It,this McDonald's is capable of getting people in and out fast,let's show them how it's done Westside CLE love the customer service and the food is always hot thank you.
This is my favorite McDonald’s near me, the staff is respectful plus decent location.
I sent my wife up to get food for me and the girls and all was going good she got parked for cold food like ice cold so Disgusting to bite a fry that was still crunchy frozen the only Thang that was good was the cheez burger that I asked her to get for the dog and that’s only bc the dog don’t care if it’s cold
They never get my order correct unless im getting one singular item. Dont recommend going through drive through if ordering for a couple people
Ordered two quarter pounder meals and and they were absolutely raw on the inside. Manager was not alarmed by it and offered to remake or refund and never apologized for the raw food I was served.
This location is very hit or miss in my experience. Staff is always very polite, but often it seems mobile app orders slip through the communication cracks between speaker and pick up window, leaving the customer waiting much longer than they would if they’d just ordered at the speaker to begin with.
With this pandemic know the Store is running on a thin crew. However there needs to be something done corporately to accommodate online order and the orders from doordash uber eats and such. . Why are they waiting behind people ordering when the order they are picking up has already been placed. Open the lobby to just these services.Our uber eats was die their dinner box and a couple of extra cheeseburgers .They left our the nuggets 4 cheeseburgers. Nothing added to special instructions. Should be an easy order but nope.
