I pull up to the drive thru at 920pm to a store that has its closing hours listed as 11pm. I’m told that they are closing soon (10pm) and have a limited amount of items. I asked what are the items and get met with an immediate attitude. I place my order and of course am not greeted by the girl when she took my money. The girl at the second window didn’t even know my order nor what time they actually close when asked. What a joke of an establishment.Just because you live/work in the ghetto doesn’t mean you have to treat customers in a ghetto manner. Get better employees.

Well, what an experience. I considered going to Burger King across the street, but I chose McDonald's because of their kiosks. I can browse through the selection and pick what I want without an employee waiting for me to make a decision. So I did that, ordered a meal without pickles and onions and picked up one of those number things as instructed. I sat down and put the number thing on the table and waited... and waited... and waited. After at least 15 minutes, I went to the counter to see what was going on. Noone was there but I could see and hear the chaos from the kitchen. It seemed like noone knew what was going on. Occasionaly, an employee would walk out from the kitchen to get soda. One of them spilled some of it on the floor - the floor that was dirty both in the kitchen and in the restaurant. After another five minutes, someone finally asked if anyone was not being served. There were 4-5 people behind me, and noone was being served. I told her how I'd waited for 20 minutes and she said 'oh I was looking for you but couldn't find you' and then she handed me a bag with cold food in it. I pointed to the number thing that says you'll bring it to my table, and another women said 'no we don't do that'. What? Then don't say it.This went on for a while before I said that I wanted my money back. 'We don't do that', was the answer. So no food, no money. Finally, they decide to make me a new meal. Why, thank you. I had to ask for a cup, and there was no Diet Coke. And the burger had onions in it.No compensation. No sorry. After all that, I decided that I would at least punish them by not putting it in the trash. So I just left. And of course one of the women ran out of the restaurant and yelled obsceneties after me. Wow...No, I'm not coming back, and I really don't understand how this restaurant can be part of the McDonald's brand. I love McDonald's - I hate this McDonald's.

There r some moody, impatient cashiers there! I was not specific when i asked for a bacon and cheese sandwich, instead of her giving me my options ie.. bisquit, english muffin etc...she says OH MY GOD WHAT KIND OF MEAL! On top of that the screen you order from was black, no info at all. You would think she would say our menu is not listed right now would you like.....smh. some businesses have the good employees and left us to deal with the bad ones.

We ordered 8 MacBurgers and 2 large orders of chicken . They were for our work crew. The service was great and fast. Although I did not get a receipt. It printed out blank paper.

22 minutes for (2) McDouble and (4) nuggets. Staff is extremely rude, staff was blaming customers for making them “too busy”. I watch them actively prioritize DoorDash and other orders over the people standing in the lobby. After everyone who came in after me got served they try to give me a bag of food that wasn’t mine. When I gave it back it was made very clear to me that it’s my fault that I wouldn’t except the incorrect order.I wouldn’t recommend the store to my worst enemy. The level of rudeness and the overall eir of victimhood among the staff is intolerable. The entire restaurant smells like it’s been mopped with a dirty mop head. I understand that when you’re trying to get a lunch for under 10 bucks there’s a certain level of risk involved, but this wasn’t worth any of it. My entire lunch break was vaporized waiting for a simple order. An order, that was after all, my fault.

I was disappointed that they were not serving breakfast at 1am. I thought McD served breakfast 24 hrs a day. I also tried to add on a coffee at the payment window. The cashier said he couldn't do it. Other McD have accommodated me. I'm mistaken. Different standards at different locations. Fyi.

If 0 stars was an option, they would get. I Ordered a big meal and only 2 pice of meat was on it.Then all their orange Fanta wasn't carbonated so they asked me to choose another and then the cake was dead too. Pathetic, these people deserve less, let alone the 15 dollars they want.

This McDonald's has open dining during Covid. They allow customer s to use the restroom during a pandemic. I have kidney disease. Many businesses don't allow customer to use the restroom.Sadly urinating outdoors and risking arrest has become my new norma for me the pass two years. They freely allowing people to see the restroom. They Rock!!I Thank you for saving my dignity. They exude kindness in a world that could be unkind sometimes.Thank You McDonald's for making my day numerous times.

Although the building was remodeled, the customer experience for remains the same: terrible. The NIGHT SHIFT ALWAYS SUCKS! On more than several occasions, I’ve gone to this location during the night (8:30pm or later) after work. The closer you arrive towards their final hour, the more incompetent the service becomes. Either they done have anything, it’s “down”, or they don’t respond to take your order at all.I, as well as 3 people before me, arrived at 9:30pm (they don’t close drive-thru until 11pm). Not only did nobody answer to take anyone’s order, but no one was available at all to at least notify anyone that they may have been close (mind you, there were 2 or 3 vehicles parked outside). Save yourself the time and go to a different location.

Man this have got to be one of thee worst McDonald's in Cleveland. I really think they employ whatever comes in to fill out an application. The managers all need to be fired on the spot and the act and talk like they are on some type of street corner. JUST HORRIBLE to get a better experience i now drive to the McDonald's on Mayfield Rd in Mayfield... simply the best yes I'd rather make that drive than to deal with the nonsense.
