Beware. Beware. Do not order any Steak Egg and Cheese Bagels from this place. I couldn't even chew thru the meat. These sandwiches are almost 6$ apiece and I bought 2 and was highly disappointed that the meat had like a tough web in between it. Could not get my money back because I was already at home and had bitten into it several times. Called manager to make aware of the situation and manager very polite. Said I could get my money back but didn't have time or ride to bring a whole bitten up sandwich there. Hopefully they fixed the problem and I will continue to eat here but with caution.
I only got 8 nuggets in my 10 piece. Otherwise this has been a great restaurant. Update: if they forget something then you may as well just accept you lost money or time because it's going to take 20 minutes for them to get you missing french fries. On the other hand, I could have got an entire free order because the person at the window wasn't told I was pulling back around.
I have no trouble with them and my ice coffee come out awesome
Manager CLAUDIA who is on shift at restaurant #1664 3/18/2022 @3:38pm shift is very disrespectful and does not have any customer service. Called because my order was wrong. She asked me to bring the sandwich back up to the store to get it remade. During a pandemic? Rude and disgusting. I will never order from this place again. Does this look Cooked to order? No cheese, tarter sauce, nothing just a cold filet. Y’all are so foul
Went there today and the girl bagging my order had a nasty attitude all because I asked for ice in my pop. I understand during a lunch rush people may be in a hurry but to be rude and nasty to a customer was uncalled for.
Slow and disrespectful employees. They leave people sitting at the 2nd pick up window for 10 plus minutes and say they are just bagging the order up. Meanwhile every other customer is leaving with food.
Always have the mocha frap available which is great. Other locations always tell me the machine is down
The girl at the drive threw window keeps trying yo flirting with my husband all the sudden wanna do her hair and sit there get close to my husband and thats very unprofessional it happens everytime me and my husband go to pick up an uber order you guys need to fire her or we will not take anymore orders from them again
Never get the order correct. Always have to wait and most of the time you get a very rude person, not all are ,but most! It's gone down hill in the past couple of years .
Took Extremely Long, Very Rude and Messed up my Order. This has happened my last 5 visits to this location which were All this week! Between the service and staff attitude this place has gone downhill. They are In desperate need of a Customer Service Consultant to retrain or replace the entire staff! No Professionalism Nor Any Basic Courtesy, NOT even the manager!
