Worst McDonalds I've Ever Experienced.. I work in Many Towns and States on East Coast.. Ive came to this McDonald's Twice in past month. The first time-I went through Drive thu at 7:05am said were short staff and won't be taking orders until 8am..ok so I did some paper work and waited.. 8:05am. I get "What" at the speaker.. Im like large coffee 10 cream and... INTERRUPTED.... Sir. She Said, We don't have Enough staff and we will not be serving coffee drinks.. So I'm like hold up... I just waiting for your lazy self 1hour to make coffee and you want to tell me that.. So I left.Today.. Sitting in long as Drive Thru... Get to the outside lane ordering speaker.. I get "Hold Up"!!! I'm sitting and steady see cars on the inner lane order and go,, next car.. So lucky the person behind me sees what's going on and backs up and gives me room to back up to reset the bell.. Nope.. Nothing.. So I drive to 1st window.. Says next window please.. Lady come to Window and starts to hand me someone else's order.. And I told her I was getting ignored on speaker can I just get a coffee and blueberry muffin.. She says, no I can not take your order... I need to drive back around.. And by then.the line is long and I tell her this is bad service.. I get window slammed and I believe a Fuc* Y#u..I haven't had my Coffee yet so if my spelling sucks blame it on this McDonald's..

I have eaten at a lot of McDonald's. This one passed me off about 2nd highest. Girl at the register looked confused why I was asking her to fill my cup up more. Obviously one cup was 3/4 filled. Now you might be thinking, well it is hard to see through some of these cups. Well no it was clear plastic cup. Then she filled it and almost tossed my food at me before closing the window without a word. No sauce for the nuggets and my chicken tasted burned. The cashier guy seemed nice except the fact he was cussing at something on the open radio while placing my order which as an adult ehh, but 3 kids in my car......

Customer service was on superb side, u cant order at the normal window inside the lobby an u must use the kiosk to order I'm not to familiar w it myself but received help from the sweetest female employee who punched my order in w ease. The food was very good as well but the customer service I had received here that day will stay w me fa life. Keep up the excellent service ?

My Coach ordered $35 worth of food here. I asked for 1 pack of hot mustard but was denied. “Just cause you ordered 8 McMuffins doesn’t mean you get a sauce.” Said the Manager. The Manager was very mean, rude, and had a real nasty attitude towards the customers. It’s better to take your business else where. Burger King is right down the street.

Staff seems to not care about the people's time, it's lunch break and it takes 10 to 15 minutes per car, so by the time you get you for lunch is over. Horrible representation of McDonalds

OMGoodness...what can I say...it took approx. 30 mins to get my order in the drive thru. Even tho prepared accordingly, the sandwich was luke warm but those fries were cold. Had I not had 2b at work, I would have turned around. I called but of course no answer.

Pulled into a double que drive thru backed up to the road at lunch time made it out of there in 12 minutes with tasty hot food

Pulled to the speaker to order. The guy taking the orders had an attitude, it’s 9 am. Tried to tell him want I wanted, he kept cutting me off, with an attitude. Canceled the order and pulled out of line. If you’re unhappy with your job, find something else!!!!

Looks like they are still under staffed about the service is good. The drive thru is not very quick but they are doing as fast as they can.

Too slow, very slow, did I say slow. I waited about 15 minutes behind someone who had been sitting at the intercom waiting to order for even longer. When I finally order, there's another wait to pay. When I finally pay, I had the pleasure of waiting to pick up my order which took 3 tries because by then the worker didn't know why the heck I was there either.
