This restaurant is first of all beautiful inside. The food has been excellent everytime we have gone. The service staff is friendly and very efficient. Their recommendations are very informative. Would definitely recommend if you are able to enjoy this restaurant!!
Amazing.... simply amazing was late on reserving a table so I booked a bigger section. When I spoke to the staff to help prepare for my proposal to my gf who is now my finace they were able to get us a dining table for us and confirmed multiple times that everything was correct for me. When we arrived which was a total surprise to both of us it was amazing the atmosphere was truly breathtaking the live music was so special. The staff was super friendly and helpful and I didn't see one person working who didn't have a smile and was truly enjoying thier night and to me that makes it even more special. I proposed and enjoyed a romantic night in a place you literally see in movies or atleast it felt like that to us. We could've stayed there all night just entrapped by the beautiful scenery , friendly staff , amazing food and the special moment. I would like to say thankyou to the staff, everyone from the general manager , to the hostess to the valet to the chefs to the waiters every part was very meaningful.
What a great dining experience from start to finish. We brought our family here for a celebratory dinner. There were 7 of us and we had requested a table to the side at the time of reservation. We were so pleased with the atmosphere and the service. Our server was a delight. The food was great. The steaks were superb. I recommend the Delmonico. It was soft like butter and had amazing marbling and flavor. After dinner they took us on a tour of the restaurant and rooms for private events. The history of the building is fascinating! I highly recommend Marble Room for a special meal!
First—I’d be remiss not to mention that the savior of our experience was our waitress, Pamela. She did an absolutely wonderful job, and made our experience that much more enjoyable. I’m surprised to say that out of all the restaurants we ate at (lunch and dinner) the drinks at this establishment were the least impressive. Both the Peach Mule and The Dance were one-dimensional, and the mule tasted like straight-up ginger beer. It was three times a charm for me when I finally landed on a satisfying concoction. This is not something to be expected when a restaurant holds a no. 1 rating. For my entree I ordered the Deep Fried Galapagos Lobster off the special menu. It could have been a bit warmer, and I maintain that the entree did not match any of the other dinners we enjoyed here in Cleveland on quality and flavor. Again— still furrowing my brows at that rating. What did I really enjoy? My third drink the Marble Queen, and our appetizer off the special menu ( A-5 Wagyu Tartare) was really nice. The Tuna Carpaccio also had a really nice mix of flavors and was refreshing (it was pricey for the product, though.) My mom really enjoyed her steak, however! The Mac and Cheese was just average. The dessert, while not the best panna cotta I’ve had, was still satisfying and the flavor/texture was ambitious. It was also supposed to have a shell that melted for presentation but the trick didn’t work— I didn’t care though, taste trumps presentation! But— I suppose the previous thought illustrates my review overall: The ambiance of the restaurant lovely, the food — not the best. Lastly, Pamela removed my second drink from the bill which I thought was very kind. Again, we were spoiled when it came to service. She did great! Thanks, Pamela!
Wonderful experience at the Marble Room! Our food was exquisite as usual. The venue is beautiful, like no other venue locally. Our waiter, Hayzus, was amazing and attentive. His assistant was the same. Both were personable and made our visit amazing. If you haven’t visited this restaurant, you’re missing out. One of the finest in Cleveland ! Definitely will be returning soon!
Visited the marble room on 6-13-22 for my Birthday it was amazing. The food was great and the service was excellent. I had the best dining experience in a long time. I can’t wait to return.
We had a wonderful experience at Marble Room to celebrate my boyfriends birthday! The service was excellent, and of course the food was delicious. We had the duck conceit spring rolls, salads, and two different cuts of steak, which were divine. Would definitely recommend celebrating any event with Marble Room! The experience that put this night over the top for us was the live music. The saxophonist and violinist were exceptional, and were even able to take a request of our song. We have a great night at Marble Room!
Marble Room never disappoints - amazing food, incredibly fun staff, and not to mention a gorgeous Cleveland spot! 10/10 recommend :)
A demure store front opens into an elegant, lively dining experience. Not surprised that the food was delicious but was surprised by the friendly, courteous, prompt service.Christine & Kevin were exemplary.
We had an absolutely perfect experience! Our server Simone made us feel right at home and could not have been better! . Food was outstanding! Everything was cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back!
