One of my favorite places for Portuguese cuisine in the Cleveland area - the service is so charming and exceptional; I deeply regret not getting our waiter's name because he was fantastic: very attentive, incredibly friendly, very knowledgeably and passionately shared specials with us and commended us on our choices, and really made me appreciate the place and want to stay longer. The food was the star and highlight - bursting with flavor, gorgeous, vibrant colors, cooked to perfection. We began with an order of mushrooms stufffed with crab, about which the only complaint I have is how quickly they disappeared. I had the paella, something they're known for and deservedly so - the portion was generously filled with meats and seafoods of many kinds. Lastly, I ended with an incredible lemoncello pie slice - uncontestedly the most fragrant, genuinely delectable dessert I've ever consumed. These accompanied by a gorgeous, clean restaurant, charming staff, and all-around beautifully cultural atmosphere - I would carry someone here to try it (the check is their's).

Service and food were out of this world. I agree with previous reviews that the online prices should be changed. Entrees $30-$48 would be a $$$-$$$$ rating not $$-$$$. Big portions, quality all the way. Just more than expected cost wise. $87 for 2 no apps, drinks. Veggie and saffron rice included is family style, salad also included.

Love Spain cuisine and know a well prepared and tasty one. The best of the meal was the appetizers, the Caldo Gallego, galician soup and the calamari.

Great dinner with friends!! Recommend 100%! the whole service was amazing! The servers and the owner herself were such a nice host! If you looking for real Spanish food..definitely need to come here!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food was delicious and the service was fantastic! Friendly, attentive staff, timely service, and wonderful food with good portion sizes. My only issue was that the prices were more than double what's listed in the online menu. It cost us $82 for two entrees....no drinks, appetizers, or dessert. It's worth it for a special occasion, but the online menu should be updated so people have accurate expectations.

We celebrated our anniversary here where we had our wedding reception dinner 10yrs ago. Another great experience & the food is always the best. These people work SO hard to make sure you have a great experience, they don't concentrate on "their own table" but rather work like a well oiled machine to make sure everyone has what they need. They made our night very special and sang to us in Spanish. The Coffee Mallorca is a must try, a little sweet but they paired it perfectly with our complementary dessert (b/c of our anniversary). So glad this restaurant survived the trials & tribulations of being in the "big city" all these years. Great job team, thanks for making our night special.

Historical Cleveland restaurant. Amazing service and incredible staff! I had the pleasure of documenting a 80th birthday party here and can’t wait to come back and visit!

Mallorca has been a staple downtown for most of my life and it's been 10+ years since I've been there. I couldn't figure out how this place is still open. It's pretty obvious that it's not due to the decor that is in serious need of a facelift. The real answer is that the food is amazing. The pork chop was probably the best prepared pork chop I've ever had. It was juicy and delicious. The swordfish was fantastic. The spicy muscles in tomato sauce were wonderful. The family style veggies and Spanish rice were also really good. The flaming coffee is always a spectacle and the server was amazing and had a great time with us. This could be a 5 star restaurant again if it was updated. But that won't stop me from coming back even if they keep it the same.

one of the best meals ive ever had ! came here for my 21st birthday & was absolutely blown away. the wait staff (Jorge) was so kind & quick, made my birthday extra special. the meat was cooked perfectly, coffee was delicious, & dessert was to die for. bread was fresh & soft.do NOT listen to the negative reviews, i’m unsure how people could have a negative experience here. also, to the man who wrote a negative review refering to waitstaff as mexican, they are spanish.

Tried the shrimp in garlic appetizer. Amazing. Paella the signature dish was delicious and plentiful and the staff treats you like family. A Cleveland gem
