The chocolate is so fresh and so good!! Glad we stopped.
A little slow to pack up the chocolate but worth it if you buy it by the piece rather than the pre packaged chocolates. Much cheaper that way.
At this location we were looking for the fudge.We even asked the sales person told us that none of the other locations didn't have the fudge. Then ten minutes after we left this location we called the location in Bay Village and they told us that they had several jars of fudge.When someone is looking like that.They should call the other locations to see if they have it or not.
Even though there were LOTS of cars in parking the store was not crowded. There were people to help find things and cashiers ready to ring you out. VERY clean!!!!
Stopped in for Easter candy. Very clean store with delicious almond bark and raspberry creams. Wished they sold ice cream sundaes at this location.
Customer service great! I mtook my grand children in hopes to enjoy the smell and taste of chocolate.Chocolate yummy but expected more of a chocolate smell to enhance our experience.
A nice box of chocolate was $49.95. I asked if they financed. Hope this isn't the new norm.

Absolutely love this place. 60 years ago I remember going into the Lakewood store. I understand raw chocolate prices have increased. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is the prices.
Some of the best chocolate around. A bit pricey, but definitely delicious.
