Well worth the wait. Delicious food served in huge portions.
Absolutely incredible we came here because we saw it on diners drive ins and dives and it didn't disappoint. The service was exceptional and the food was amazing probably the best Rueben I've ever had. My son even tried my wife's salad and he said for a salad it was great which to get a kid to eat salad is a accomplishment in itself. Check it out if you are in the area
A friend and I was in town visiting and Lucky’s Café was highly recommended. We called ahead. You cannot make reservations unless you have a party of 8 or more. I was told it was a 40 minute wait. The male host had such a poor attitude. He was very sarcastic and rude. We should have left at that moment but we had already waited 50 minutes. I ordered the Shipwreck and I did not like it at all. I immediately asked for something else and the waitress patiently waited to put in my new order. My friend was done with her meal and I nicely asked for the check because we had to get to an event and I still hadn’t had my meal 20 or 25 minutes later. She brought my meal boxed up and I ate it in the car. The food I received the second time was delicious but the service was upsetting. Also the food is a little pricy. The butter white toast alone is ~$5.
Brunch!! Went to @luckyscafe, line was out the door but worth the wait ( you can also order food to go and eat at the picnic tables outside and across the street. Feature on Food Network ( best thing I ever ate and diners drive ins and dives ) we got the Sausage Biscuits and Gravy because, the had Sausage Biscuits and Gravy. So very very good. The biscuit reminded me of Red Lobster Biscuit on steroids. The description from the menu. “Cheddar scallion biscuits topped with soft scrambled eggs and sausage gravy. Served with hash brown potatoes and grapes. ***Featured on Food Network's "Diners Drive-Ins and Dives" and on Michael Symon's "The Best Thing I Ever Ate." I ordered a side of sausage because a little sausage is never enough. My wife ordered the Shipwreck which was a wonderful mix of eggs and veggies - skillet style. Description from their menu - “A blissful blend of baked hash browns, eggs, veggies, bacon, and cheddar cheese. Served with house made como toast and fresh fruit. **Please note: We can only remove the cheese or toast from this dish, no other items can be removed. Please do not make a special request to have an ingredient removed.” Farm to table and wonderful. Worth the wait or if you are an early riser, get there when it opens

Wait was 45 minutes but was quickly forgotten when our food arrived. Had the Biscuits - eggs on biscuits topped with thick creamy gravy that was seasoned with sausage and drippings. Omelette was fluffy but firm and had plenty of spinach, mushroom, zucchini and cheese. Potatoes accompanying both dishes were perfectly cooked and had some crispy ones. May want to try at opening (900) for a shorter wait.
Great food, coffee, atmosphere and service!
We have been coming to this place for over 10 years. The food has been consistent even with a minimal staff. We went this Saturday morning and they were able to serve a full restaurant without compromise with one barista and one server! Shout out to the Luckys employees on this morning! ???????
OMG can't say enough about this place. Great staff. huge portions. and tasted great. will be back. heads up ans line before they open
My ex sister in law used to rave about this place and I finally found myself up in the area and knew I needed to try it. And I can totally see why she's been obsessed! The menu wasn't overwhelming but offered a nice selection. The wait staff was super friendly and happy to offer suggestions on their favorite items. I enjoyed my lunch and will definitely stop back!
