I generally feel terrible about giving bad reviews but this was honestly the worst Chinese food that I have ever had! Thought we'd try a new place and boy what a huge disappointment. My daughter is vegan and they put (what we are guessing) chicken in their spring rolls!!! The egg rolls were extremely dry, over cooked with barely any filling. The lo mein was clumped together ( see pic) and the garlic chicken was literally a gelatinous mess! Evertyhing was way too thickened with corn starch and lacked flavor. I spent $40 on food that we barely ate!

Have gone to This location multiple times called more than 30 minutes ahead and upon arrival food is nowhere near done only one worker and horrible customer service . Do not recommend
The doors were locked but they still had open sign on so they said they had to take my order
I'm gonna try somewhere else next time. I want to support them, and keep going back, but today I got home and was missing both sides of steamed rice that are supposed to come with your sweet n sour tofu. So I just had 2 boxes of tofu and no rice. Lol. I'm confused. The dude seemed to be working by himself so maybe thats why? But like.. ugh.. Rice is the other half of the meal and I had none. Super weird. Not sure what happened. But seems like each time I've come, there's something strangely missing or off that I don't notice until I come home cuz they give it to you in a box most times. Its really close to my work but I guess I'll have to try somewhere else. I think they're just overworked/overwhelmed or something. I don't know.
I had given Lily 5 Stars last year because their house fried rice was really good but unfortunately every other item we have ordered from here has been a disappointment. Last night I ordered the pepper steak combo platter and didn't even eat 1/3rd of the meat due to its appearance, consistency and flavor.The meat looked as if it had been breaded and reheated. It was extremely rubbery (Imagine eating wet beef jerky) and the flavor was off.Needless to say I'm now looking for a new Chinese restaurant to order from in the future.I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews to local businesses because I'm sure the owners work hard for whatever they get and I want to support local businesses but if they no longer care why should I?Hopefully they read this and decide to take action.
the food is 10/10. I work at the CCF right by it and the food is always super hot and fresh. I've never gotten something I haven't liked. The man working there has a thick accent and it's hard to understand but he is very nice. Highly recommend.
Lilly's has the BEST pork fried rice HANDS DOWN!!! I order med pork fried rice with extra egg, and life don't get any better than that. Worth driving from Brookpark to Olmsted Falls any day of the week.
We decided to try out this place because it was pretty close to us. It was really good! The fried rice was smoky and not drenched in sauce. The sauces for our entrees were well spiced and seasoned. Everything felt much fresher than other Chinese places. If this is their standard level of quality, we would highly recommend! Thanks!
