We came here from 2 hours away. Food was good no complaint there. My complaint is behind the pastry counter. The girl working had the worst attitude. We waited for 20 minutes and yet it took my husband saying somthing for another worker to nudge the girl to actually wait on us. When she did finally wait on us she spoke so low I could not hear her. I pointed to what I wanted as I did not know the exact names and I got an eye roll and attitude. My in laws came with us and they as well had the same experience of customers who came in after us being waited on before them. They waited longer then we did with the same experience. Customer service is not up to par or expectations they will never have our business again.
This place is the real deal! Excellent food, pastries, sodas and sundries. Very friendly and kind people. Right in the heart of Cleveland's West Side on West 41 and Hyde. If you love empanadas, potato balls and other Authentic Puerto Rican cuisine, this is thee place to go!
Spent 2 days traveling through Cleveland sampling Puerto Rican rice . This. This is absofreakinlutely the best Purto Rican rice in Cleveland by a 100 miles. Has seasoned pork in it and the tasty gandules.Chicharron. Jesus Christ is coming back just to this here.Seriously, if you want the best Puerto Rican food and desserts, this is it. Period.
The lady behind the counter was very patient with us. The food delicious. Love this place. Lack of parking isn't pleasant but the food and service is awesome.
Really bad experience custumer service Bad i order 1 mofongo combo 1 pork sandwich and 6 Quesitos 2 drinks $50 Dollars ask price before make any order??? and also i ask for my recipt and they told me that if you pay cash is no way to give me a recipt how is this possible!!! Never go this place again???
It was honestly not good Mollejas didn’t have no taste it was plain and my husbands pinchos tasted very nasty and awkward ALSO His rice that he ordered was over cooked A little burnt my only good thing was PAPA’S Locas And I SPEND $50 on Barely anything I feel like they over charged ! Food is not recommended There ??

The women inside gave me dirty looks from the door out of nowhere. The little girl at the counter with the pizza face and acne was very rude and rolled her eyes thee entire time for NO REASON AT ALL.(never seen a pepperoni pizza with extra zits so angry ??♀️)I came in ready to spend at least $60 on a Friday evening+ tip!) my first time in the restaurant) but the attitudes from female servers gives off a negative jealous spirit and I refuse to digest food coming from that type of negative energy/vibe.Definitely will be sure not to refer any of my friends or family to that place. I went home and made my own food.Reuined my whole mood and appetite!!!!
