I’ve come to landmark so many times since I moved to lakewood 2 years ago. Ive had their brunch (soooooo good) I mean honestly don’t think you could go wrong with anything on that menu. I tried ribs for the very first time in my life from here and MAN they set the standard VERY HIGH. I tried ribs at 2 other restaurants after trying them here and I decided trying them anywhere else isn’t worth it for me. So tender and so tasty. Their mac and cheese is HOMEMADE *CHEFS KISS* and to die for. Their brisket and pulled pork sandwiches also are delicious. You will not regret coming here! I promise!
Great food and service from the Manhattan through the entree. Smoked meats were moist and succulent (“not dry” for those who don’t like the word”moist). A good selection of whiskeys. You will not be disappointed in the food or drinks here.
Incredible food. Skip Michael Symons Mabel’s and eat here instead!!!! Incredible bourbon selection but the food is outstanding!! smoked meat poutine What an appetizer!!! Hand cut fries, smooth brown gravy, cheese and smoked meat. Absolutely delicious! 1 lb meat platter— smoked brisket, pulled pork, chicken and turkey. Plus delicious coleslaw, pickled onions, toast points, pickle spears and two barbecue sauces. Just plan to take this home with you Lovely service. Great cocktails!! Nice setting with indoor and outdoor options. Not a place to kiss!!
One of our favorite places to eat! The smoked meats are always on point. Super flavorful, every time and we are never disappointed. We love grabbing takeout and having a picnic at the beach. When eating in, the owner is always friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for some good barbecue. Smoked club, pulled pork sandwich, fried chicken sandwich… those are my favorites but honestly you can’t go wrong!
The waiter recommended the Smoked Brisket sandwich n I'm so glad he did. It was was so tender n juicy. Amazing place. Good service and clean.
I had some family fly in from various parts of the country and wanted to take them to nice a BBQ place. Checked out the reviews and decided on this glorious location. We ended up getting a little bit of everything, and enjoyed the hell out of it. The ribs and the brisket were absolutely fantastic, and the service was first class. I believe our server's name was Sarah, who really went out of her way to make the experience a good one for my family and I. Give that young lady a raise!
I’m so impressed!! Everything, from service to food, was excellent!! Sierra (unsure of spelling) was our server and was kind and friendly. We were checked on multiple times. We had Mac and cheese (soo good; just like others have said in reviews, you just try). The salad we had was wonderful. We had potato latkes and a deconstructed burrito! The cookie was the perfect way to end the meal. ☺️ It was hot and tasted fresh. Good job to all on the team!
The ribs were AMAZING as well as the fries but the coleslaw was AWFUL and really dry.First time having the fried pickles now I'm addictedHighly recommend going
Excellent food and friendly service is what I was met with when I visited Landmark Smikehouse, this time in person! I ordered the Smoked Club and the Pulled Pork BBQ w/Kansas City BBQ sauce. They also have Memphis BBQ sauce as well, but since it is sweeter, I chose the former. Both came with skin-on fries. Apologies for the lack of photos of them since I was rather hungry. To summarize the experience: 5/5.
I thought my takeout pulled pork sandwich was great. Tender meat, a soft bun, crunchy slaw, and add it yourself sauce were really nice. The fries were also thiiiiiick and tasty. My gf got a vegan burger which she said was good/fine.
