Amazing food, fast service. I order from lots of different Chinese places in Cleveland and this is by far my favorite. Wings are super crispy and reasonably priced. Food tastes very fresh, prices are very affordable especially for the quality. Food is not greasy or extra salty which I’ve noticed is the case with the majority of the food/ fried rice at other Chinese food restaurants. This is my go-to takeout place.
Once again, King Fong has proven to impress us on their food! Price , quality, and fast, free delivery cannot be beat!! Please try my favorite, Pork egg foo young!!!

8 long years I've ordered from king Fong. multiple times a week. First name basis with multiple of the drivers. After tonight, that's over with. The woman on the phone took my order of chicken and broccoli down as "steamed broccoli". when I called to say that my order was incorrect she insisted that WE said the wrong thing?! Believe me lady it's not what I asked for. after ADAMANTLY trying to blame me for her mistake, she followed herself up by saying "well what do you want? do you just want to eat that for dinner or what? its going to have to wait for my driver to get back to get you chicken broccoli if you really want that.". wow. MIND YOU she never read the order back after taking it, nor did she factor in that I have been a problem free costumer for YEARS. Ive stood by them through many small mistakes with no issue, but to be treated with such disrespect over a mistake THEY made leaves me feeling like this is a business that doesn't deserve my money. If I were you id consider giving your hard earned money to a business that values and respects their costumers.
I love this place! My boyfriend and I go here every time for Chinese, always good! And so friendly!

Great food - horrible service. Ordered at 4:52 pm and finally received my food at 6:06 pm.This after being told delivery would be 45 minutes or less. Called back twice to check on my order and the staff was completely unapologetic.Incredibly disappointed since I order from King Fong on a regular basis.
