Once again this place can't get most anything right...Ordered a 5 pc Tenders Combo with Mac n Cheese, Corn and a Large Pepsi...Got a 5 pc Tenders Combo with MASHED POTATOES, Corn and a REGULAR Pepsi...Ordered a Extra Crispy 3 pc Combo with 2 Thighs and a Drum, Fries, Coleslaw and a Large Mountain Dew...Got a REGULAR 3 pc Combo with 2 Thighs and a WING, Fries, Coleslaw and a Large Mountain Dew...THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE THEY COMPLETELY FORGOT A POT PIE!!!Seriously, the order is on the screen...They only take the order of one vehicle and have them pull up and make that ONE order before getting the order from the next vehicle... How tough can it be to match what's on the screen to the actual items...It's like Sesame Street was too much to comprehend for these "workers". I have yet to have an order executed where nothing went wrong...Do yourself a favor...Go to another KFC...
Mr sanders is rolling in his grave over these mashed potatoes. I don’t know what kinda instant potatoes they have this place using but it’s really sad because kfc used to be one of my favorite places. Safe was nice sucked I had to wait 9 minutes for Mac and cheese.
I went to the one in east cleveland and I didnt get my whole order but it took so long I didnt feel like waiting for it to be fixed. And the chicken wasnt hot and i got the wrong sandwich.
I stopped at KFC at your Lakeshore address at 18575 Lakesore. The 8 piece orginal chicken order was $17.99. I received refried day old chicken dripping in grease. It was not edible. It tasted horrible. It was obvious that no one at that business cared about what they presented to a black grandmother and her two grandsonsAfter all it was a product they were presenting to the Black community. Sadly the people working there were also black. Sad what we do to our own kind. Attempts to contact the business were met with long rings and eventual pick up as and disconnect. I won't be giving any more business to KFC.
Not sure if it supply issue but out of most sides and hot wings. Staff distracted by conversation and dancing of course items not in order. Not the most positive experience. Would go back when just to tired to cook.
Ordered crispy chicken it was very very crispy but good ,but very expensive for 8 pieces KFC where is the coupons
I really enjoyed the new chicken sandwich combo. The service was a little subpar. We wanted our food in two separate bags and that wasn't done. But everything else was timely and well done. The cashier was good despite that little foible.
Drive thru was very long and slow ! ? I asked for fresh food even told them I'd pull up and wait some more for it . I still received old hard chicken . And it was lunch time it's no excuse ?????
Today jan 2 2022...whomever was preparing the chicken. The future Chef that fried the chicken tonight! Was EXCELLENT. It was the BEST fried chicken I've EVER had from KFC! I just had to send kodoes and great job yo whom prepared it!!!
I ordered on UberEATS , I ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner with 2 thighs and a drumstick , and they gave me a thigh and 2 tiny wings paid $10 for the meal and they couldn't even get it right and won't even answer their phone, what kind of customer service is that
