I really enjoy ordering from Kenko. My only issue is when I do doordash I can never seem to get in contact with anyone to ask for extra sauce on the side or anything else. They never answer their phones and now it doesn’t even ring anymore. I’m convinced their real number is not listed and should be especially for delivery orders in case people need to ask for special things.

This place was clean and the service was nice. I was surprised how much chicken I got for my chicken teriyaki bowl! It was a generous serving :) I was given 2 small cups of yum yum sauce. My bubble tea was perfect. There is plenty of seating and they’re open for dine in now.

The concept of a "fast food" sushi place is amazing! Coming from Boston, we were excited. However, that ended quickly. The staff were very patient and answered every question we had. However, this had to be the worse sushi we have ever had. The avocado was bad (it was brown) and the Udon noodles and Fried rice was tasteless. Lastly, both the bathrooms and the restaurant itself just seemed to be dirty with garbage everywhere. We gave it two stars as the tea was great and the service was good.

The bubble tea was the only edible thing on the menu. The poke bowl was flavorless, had stale ingredients and was the worst one I’ve ever tasted. The sushi was absolutely tasteless and disgusting. This place needs a revamp of the menu & use fresh ingredients.

I have never left a bad review in my life. Never. This place was absolutely terrible! I ordered a shrimp tempura roll and I couldn’t tell if it waa shrimp they put into my roll or cardboard. All of the ingredients looked spoiled and tasted that way as well. The roll was dry to the point where I had to pour soy sauce on it to add some flavor. Very disappointed with our experience there. My one sister got a poke bowl and the ingredients were all spoiled and my other sister got the spicy tuna roll and said it was the worst sushi she’s ever tried.

I have been to this place at least twice a week since 2017. I have to say this place used to be my favorite place but it is very disappointing now. I am a "black belt member" (twice, from scratch) in the kung-fu tea level up app so you know how often I go to this place. But their app has been out of service like forever which is very annoying. They used to serve yogurt drinks which in my opinion was the best drinks in Kung-Fu tea. But now, yogurt drinks no longer be served anymore while the kung-fu tea in other places such as Columbus and Pittsburgh still do. Another thing is their milk tea. It used to taste pretty good. But it tastes like just tea now. Although it looks like milk tea, I can barely taste the milk inside. They are under-staffed for a long time so customers have to wait for a while to get their orders. I understand the situation so I'm not complaining, just a heads up to new customers.I really loved this place. They really have to do some improvements.

Went here twice in 7 days for some comfort boba tea (also came Thursday at 2ish). Always good food and they always keep the place spotless. Posting today as manager was a professional.

Lot of good Tea options and the sushi rolls. The pokebowl is amazing and is delicious ? the teriyaki is very bland but good for people who like the authentic non spicy stuff. Very good customer service ?A peaceful & serene place. Little over expensive for students in the area.

To be honest if you're looking for quality sushi, this ain't it.... this is basically the chipotle of sushi (assembly line, type style and overpriced like chipotle...). Rolls were pretty bland, and you could tell they were thrown together without much care (falling apart, not wrapped tightly, sauce was thrown on haphazardly). It will work if you just HAVE to have sushi.... I was hoping for better but sadly just is not up to par with quality Japanese sushi. The only thing saving it from one star was the matcha milk tea. It was pretty good but they didn't have boba on the online order website, so all I could order was the milk tea. Wish I could have tried the boba too.
