If you want modern, chic, it's is not the place for you. It kinda looks like Dr. Seuss designed the space. Nothing is square or plum or level. All the edges of the tables and bar are worn from years of use. The coolers behind the bar are leaning opposite directions as if sinking into the floor.Once you get past the surreal, vertigo inducing, geometry of the place, order a burger, and it all makes sense. Cooked perfectly to temperature with fresh toppings and a nicely grilled bun. Service is friendly and attentive. You'll walk out full and satisfied for a reasonable price.
So when you go to a bar like this you expect the tight and dive atmosphere. This does not bother our group of friends. That aspect this place does well and their drinks are well-priced and well made. What did bother the ladies was when we went upstairs their was carpeting...in a bar. Those with open toed shoes were not thrilled about that. We stayed for a drink, maybe two, but found our way to another place for their sake.

Great bartenders, keeping tables cleaned & everyone served. Had a burger and jalapeno poppers which were both great.

Usually I would recommend this place on a normal Sunday for a browns game but because of the game getting moved to Monday from Saturday…it is a different crew and we are not getting good service. Our bartender is ignoring us every time that he walks by our table and he is barely coming up here anyways. My husband stood at the bar for 15 minutes (not behind anyone) to order food and never got waited on. Not sure if we will be back which is too bad because it’s good food and we love the bartender with the blonde hair who wears her hair in a bun. She is wonderful but unfortunately she isn’t our server today.
It was our first time there. It is an informal, cozy pub. Patrick, the manager was awesome. Even though the place was pretty full, he still made time to chat with us. Very good burgers and chicken sandwich, and efficient, friendly service. Will be back. Thanks, Patrick.
Nice bartender yesterday. Blue Cheese burger was yummy. Cheap draft beer with good music playing. Please up the heat. It was 61 inside when I left.
If you want the flavor of the locals in Cleveland go here later at night. Bar keeps are generous and friendly. Perfect stop to have conversation and get know Cleveland.
