Johnnyâs Bar has always had a stellar reputation. We were excited to go. On our experience, however, the food was average at best. Nothing was exceptional, given the prices. The kitchen was slow, not the serverâs fault. For the money, there are many Italian restaurants that are better.
Johnnys comes with high expectations. Made reservations had to wait 10 minutes. Sat on the patio had to wait for waiter. Had to ask for a server. Had to wait for water. Had to wait for menus. Had to wait for bread. Veal came out warm. Food was not delicious, but prices have risen. Free slice of cake due to poor service, buts going to be long time for a return. Fairly disappointed overall and I was fan of Johnny's. Get better food and service at johnnys little bar.

We have heard good things about Johny's on Fulton and tried it for the first time. It surpassed all expectations. The food was spectacular and the service outstanding. The menu offers great options. If you desire high quality, then this is the place for you. We will be going back to try other dishes!
We had not been to Johnny's Bar in many years, but it was suggested to us by another couple we were joining for dinner. It was a lovely evening with great food and wine, and exceptional service. So nice to share a great experience with friends. We will be returning to Johnny's on a regular basis when we are in the Cleveland area again.
Ii is the best restaurant in Cleveland. The food is amazing and sitting on the patio is always wonderful.

There is no question that Johnny's is BY FAR THE BEST restaurant in Cleveland. Actually, probably one of the best in the country. I have traveled all over and I have yet to find a better veal chop. Excellent service, excellent food, excellent atmosphere. My all time #1 favorite. This place does not disappoint.
