The cookies were amazing, me and my friend shared a box of 6 and were satisfied but there’s one little problem, we found a bug on one of the cookies. I mean but they were still good.
Cookies were hard, many were missing from the order and the ice cream was completely liquid. Stay away.
Loved this place!! Very good concept of getting cookies at a late hour, and a good location to do so. Loved the oatmeal-chocolate chip-walnut cookies!
Insomnia Cookies is a genius idea and extremely well executed. I ordered a 12 pack box of assorted cookies. Ordering was simple and straightforward. My order came exactly when I had scheduled it for, including a phone call to let me know that the box was in my building's lobby.The cookies were warm and delicious. Double chocolate chip are beyond delicious. Rich, decadent, chocolatey, perfect. All the other flavors we got were delicious too, but that one is my favorite. We devoured too many cookies to take a decent picture of them.I think Insomnia Cookies are an Ohio phenomenon. If I find myself back in the state, I will be looking for an Insomnia Cookie delivery for sure. Delicious, convenient, and reasonably priced is a winning combination!
Well people working here fair...but they most put extra in these cookies because I get uber orders all the time from them...location really suck right next to night club
It was my first time, ever going go insomnia cookies. I was excited, after hearing how good they are, but your employee absolutely ruined the experience. We went in on 4/9/22 at noon and the girl was so incredibly rude! We started to order and she instantly gave us attitude and was throwing things around. I understand people have bad days, but this was uncalled for. I won't be going back to this location, just because of the employee that ruined this!
Was caving something sweet. Insomnia cookies is the way to go and it was DELICIOUSI purchased the 12 count box. The vegan chocolate chip cookie is amazing. If your in the downtown Cleveland. Please stop by
Worst insomnia cookies ever. Less than ten minutes from my house and took an hour to deliver. The driver just left my order sitting outside of my apartment building. No phone call upon delivery. Only found the cookies because I went outside to keep an eye out for the car. And to top it off the cookies were terrible, thin and hard. Horrible service all the way around.
So I absolutely love this place and only the downtown west 6th location. So I literally just went for a 24 pack on a rainy Wednesday evening at 6pm and it's dead with employees I'm there and ur out of certain cookies I don't understand. Once they get low don't u remake more ? I mean yall is open until 3am. I travel from Cleveland heights to this location to not be able to get anything be cause I was told they were temporary sold out...... It's always someone different and and it's Like it's always a problem now. Smh hire people who cares.
Customer Service was definitely lacking today. If your employees dislike their jobs they shouldn’t still be working… very rude, extremely condescending to us. Definitely good cookies but so not worth being treated so badly
