I was totally caught off guard,thinking it wouldn't be all that from a pancake house and the wait was little long.but now I know why?...but when my food was serve by amazing waiter! great job to him,sorry didn't get his name but anyway the chicken was perfect to the taste and crunch! the Mac and cheese,OMG Soo good, perfect!! the broccoli was so ever perfect!!! I give the waiter and cook a 5 star!!! I went on a Sunday around 330 so I highly recommend this I-hop!?
The waitress was rude, came to our table said what do you want to drink didn’t even introduce herself. Brings the drinks slams them down, walks away comes back 10 minutes later says what do you want to eat. Then we give her our order to find out the waffle maker was broken and they couldn’t serve waffles. We left and will never be back. The service alone was enough to make us never want to be there again.
2 sisters 1 a cook the other handling everything else...totally perfect food, service and personalities and all by them selves they both need promotions for doing over and above their duties and everyone in there was happy. Hard to believe 2 people can run an entire restaurant themselves. I am more then impressed with all they did. I tip my hat to them both.
I jus ordered this from Uber eats! It’s disgusting! I mean these aren’t even crepes. It’s one piece of dough that not cooked and the other piece is just burnt! There was no cream in either of them. I ordered extra strawberries and whipped cream! They gave me neither of them. The other food is ice cold sausage is so burnt you can’t eat it! They also forgot my orange juice!!! So disappointing! I’m sick and do not have a car to get out and eat. I was extremely hungry. So it’s not like I can return it for a refund or pick up new food! Wow! I mean wow! I was being nice with giving one star. Someone needs to deliver me and edible meal here!
I was told it would be a 15 minute wait, sat and waited for over 30 minutes. Once seated, it took over 5 minutes for the server to even come to our table. The server finally got to us and we placed our drink and food order. It took 15 minutes for them to even bring drinks over. I have now been here since 10:20am and just now got my drinks and are still currently waiting for food.
We were at IHOP on Brookpark for twin nephews birthday on 3/15/22. There was 14 of us .... not counting the other customers that were in there as well. They were shorthanded servers. And I just want to say they rocked it!! They stayed on top of everything!!I want to let them know they are appreciated for showing up and showing out!!!

It was ok. The food wasn't seasoned today when normally it's incredible. There waitress gave us out bill, I gave her the money and asked her for boxes. She never came back. I had to go get my own from someone's I waited for to finally coffee to the counter. I gave a $20.00 to on a $30 dollar order
Worst IHOP i ever been. Waiters were eating from the food and then serving same food to customer. 5-6 grops Walk away. Saying they were waiting for more than an hour for food. They told us that waiting time was 20 mins and after 1 hour we were still waiting for our turn. When we went to ask them one of the person told us "walk out of that door".
There was a singular waiter on duty and she did great despite the circumstances. The management NEEDS to schedule more service staff. Food was 4/5.
