The place was empty with maybe 2 other tables being used as we entered the waitress sat us down took our drinks then just clocked out we sat for about 45 min before another waitress approached and asked what we wanted to drink didn’t write it down but then walked away we waited another 20 min or so and she walked back to take our order but yet still no drinks and we waited she came back again said she was sorry and took our drink order again took t them10 min for th another long wait just for our food as we sat for another 45 min the waitress came and said sorry we’re down to one cook do you wanwait? Umm ? we’re down to being the only ones left in the building and still waiting on food family of 4 simple order but still took forever for 40$ ?‍♀️

Very slow. We were seated quickly and the drink wait wasn't too bad. But the food took forever. Waitress wouldn't come around to refill drinks while we waited. We finally got up and left and went somewhere else. Waitresses were standing around talking.

When I walked in, there were drinking straw wrappers on the floor at the host desk. There was no host. Although there were only four or five tables seated, it took about 10 minutes for one of the two servers who was working to seat me.There was trash on the floor (a napkins and more straw wrappers) near my booth. The second booth from mine was empty but wasn't cleared of its dirty dishes until I was ready to leave.My server arrived after a reasonable amount of time. She was friendly. I didn't have to wait very long to order.My silverware was very dirty. I sent it back two times. The second time there was food on the knife.I ordered coffee and protein pancakes. The coffee arrived right away. It tasted good but could have been hotter. It took longer than seemed necessary for the pancakes to arrive considering they were the only food I ordered. They were slightly warm, not hot, upon arrival. They were very tasty. But, obviously, would have been better hot. I asked my server for syrup and more butter. I waited about five minutes for the manager to bring the butter. The server brought the syrup. So my pancakes cooled off even more before I started eating them.The entire time I was there there were only five tables seated, including mine. The two servers were pleasant but five tables between them was hardly a rush.From what I saw, there was no one bussing tables except the manager. No one cleaned the trash off the floors. I suspect the manager was also the cook which explains why food arrived so late and why the restaurant wasn't as clean as it should have been -- the restaurant was under staffed.Lastly, there was no soap in the women's restroom. The soap dispenser had been ripped of the wall and was gone. When I informed the manager he said, "Thank you for bringing that to my attention." How long had he been unaware that the restroom lacked soap? It was early afternoon. He should have checked the restroom before opening. It should have been cleaned the night before. That's when the soap issue should have been discovered.This was the worst restaurant I can recall ever dining at.

It's IHOP, so my expectations were not high. But the service was very good, efficient and friendly. The food was much better than I have had at other locations. The building and dining room are a bit worn and over due for some maintenance but overall it was a good experience.

Horrible experience, I just left after not receiving my food. I had my mother and son with me. There were people that came in after us that received their food before us. Our waiter said he would check on our food and proceeded to seat a large party without giving us an update on our order. He didnt come back and place other orders. We got up and left. We will never return.

The family went to dine-in for brunch & enjoyed themselves. They brought me my order home for takeout. IHOP ran out of waffles so they substituted w/French toast. The French toast was dried up & the chicken fingers were overcooked & 1 was broken up. We called to tell them it was unacceptable..So they made a fresh reorder. .. At least ?‍♀️

Didn't have to wait too long for a Sunday at noon. Our server was very good. We love the flavored syrups and the pancakes are the best. All IHOPs need to serve pancakes ten min after the food is served . Eating cold pancakes is no fun. IHOP Corporate could have done more to save the Willoughby location. We miss it.

Love this place so much, the staff is absolutely amazing. Waitress with the cute blue eyeshadow was so nice. Food cannot be beat, plus the happy hour deals are unmatchable.

This is a horrific place to work I’m traumatized ….. The workers r a little too close for comfort n very unprofessional there
