Place is very gross, floor is sticky, THERE ARE ROACHES RUNNING AROUND THERE. Floor is sticky and place is a ghost town. Do not eat here. Rather go to McDonald's instead. Bennie the owner does a terrible job running this place.
The food was delicious, and there is a lot of it. I got the rib eye, and it was cooked perfectly.
Don't order from here they can't count. They don't understand that when you order 5 meals and only 4 show up that 4 doesn't equal 5. Horrible customer service. I'm here from out of state for a family medical issue and all I wanted was a hot meal. Can't happen with this place!
I strongly recommend that folks NOT visit Habachi Japanese steakhouse in Fairview Park, OH. The speed of service was not the best, but wouldn’t stop me from visiting the restaurant again. What will stop me from going there again is the poor food quality and cleanliness of the restaurant. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten at a Japanese that used so much sauce and seasonings. Everything had way too much sauce/seasoning to the point where you might not be sure what meat or seafood was in that last bite. Even the fried rice was overly seasoned. Cleanliness...yah...not ever goin there again.
Unbelievably bad experience. It’s wasn’t crowed and we waited for over an hour. Dismissive and unfriendly staff. My wife and friends wondered if they were going out business and didn’t care about the customer service. Such a disappointing mess. Save yourself some time and try another restaurant.

Made a birthday reservation for 7. It's 8:15 and we still haven't ate or had a chef at our table. Took us 20 mins to get drinks. We were told 10 more minutes for a chef.
Great food great price. We went to Hibachi for the first time ever on a Saturday night at 9:30 PM with a $10 "Savearound" coupon. My better half got teriyaki chicken and scallops I got teriyaki chicken and New York strip. The chef was entertaining but more importantly cooked our food perfect. I ordered medium well on the steak, which is not easy to cook, and he nailed it. Our server Brandon was polite and attentive. As far as value goes the quality of the food is well worth the price even without a coupon. So many restaurants today use vacuum sealed pre-cooked food that is cut open and heated in the microwave. Not here. Here the food is visibly fresh and cooked in front of you on the grill.
I honestly don’t understand who’s leaving these 5 star reviews. This place is abhorrent. The service is slow, the soup was so salty it was inedible, the salad dressing was yum yum sauce, I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here.
I would rate zero stars if I could. Food was good but the place was filthy. We went because we had two groupons. $25 for $10 for 2 adult entrees. We had 4 adult entrees, therefore we should’ve been able to use two groupons. The manager at the Fairview Park location was a flake. She stated that you have to wait 2 hrs after you buy to use and we can only use one. Trying to tell me how it works when I use Groupon all the time. I will NEVER go back!
