Called to place an order, told it was an hour wait for one sandwich. Fine. I get back after the hour wait plus 20 minute drive from work to see half my sandwich covered in what I can only guess is soot or burnt food. Best I got was an offer for a new sandwich which with the times I gave one can see why that isn't feasible on a busy work day. The few bites I took from the other half were just okay, can't justify the wait time.
Everyone says how great the food is here. I couldn't tell you because I walked in to place an order and they said 50 minutes wait to make a sandwich. It sure would have been nice if you had that on your website or Facebook page that I had checked out before driving across town for lunch. I don't think I'll waste my time again to find out that they lack the ability to keep potential customers informed.
Listen, I took 1 bite, and immediately came here to give them a 5 star. We need more shops like this. No ridiculous prices, fresh sources ingredients, Good portion size. Perfect sized menu, fast and friendly service. I have zero complaints.
Definitely used to be the best sandwiches out there. Every time I’m in Cleveland to see my daughter we get take out. Had it this week and I was so disappointed. The bread is no longer the same and I don’t even think it is homemade anymore - and the ingredients have changed drastically. I had the grilled cheese and unfortunately, cannot order it again it was so bad. Boo. I so looked forward to stopping here.
Wow. We’re passing through Cleveland on a road trip and decided to stop here for lunch today. We ordered over the phone and they had it ready quickly. We got an Italian sandwich and a salad, both are pretty big! My boyfriend and I split the sandwich and we both think it’s the best Italian sub we’ve had. Really cute place and staff was friendly and wearing masks. I’d go back if we find ourselves here again.
WOW! Smoked Turkey is my go-to, but you can't go wrong with any of them! Best sandwich place you'll find around. Worth every penny. Employees are super nice too! Don't be surprised if they sell out!

Hours are wrong, theyre open till sold out not till 5 pm. And orders have to be placed ahead of time? Good luck, at least if youre reading this you learned it the easy way!
Excellent kale salad with the added hot chicken. Sandwiches also good. Atmosphere is a bit meh. Employees coldish. Phone ordering system is extremely annoying.
call ahead and everything will be cool. the best sandwich shop in town for sure.
