The chicken and french fries are pretty good with their homemade sauce

Customer Service needs a lot of work! Placed an order over the phone yesterday during lunch and the female that took my order seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered. I go pick up my order and her attitude was the same in person. No greeting, no smiling, eye rolling and just a bad attitude. Not a good impression.

Im only giving 2 ? because the very first time I had them a couple weeks ago and what I ordered was slamming. So I thought I'd try them again and ordered the exact same thing. Boy was I fooled.This second time. My whole experience was terrible. They took my order on door dash, took my money and then deactivated my dash account. I called to check on my order and one of the ladies got real rude in the back, said "and ain't gon be ready, cause we ain't got no turkey kielbasa". I said "well instead of being rude she just could have asked if I wanted to replace it with something else, I said bacon " I go pick up my order and they tell me they were CLOSED and it'll be another 30/45 mins on my order. WHEN I FINALLY get my order the food was nasty and my order was all wrong. Cooks dressed like they rolled right out of bed. ?♀️?♀️2nd and last time I'll patronize this business. 20 dollars wasted.
