Walked in at 846p looking for seating for ONE (grabbed my work binder from my backseat), they don’t close until 930p stop seating at 845…. You’d think businesses wanted to make a little money. It’s been a long time since I had Harry’s but since it’s so close to home, I figured I’d give it a go…. Just wanted a good steak and a drink. Never again. What.m a waste of time and gas. Extremely dissatisfied. If I could give 0 stars, at this very moment, I would!
Paid over $30 for a “medium rare” tough, dry, unseasoned piece of meat along with a glass of stale cheap wine. Cinnamon butter with everything... if you love cinnamon butter. Asked for additional bleu cheese dressing and I received horseradish sauce. Sour cream is the he new Hollandaise Sauce...Go down the street a little further to a reputable steakhouse if you want a decent steak.
I used to deliver produce to this place a few years back & always wanted to go back & try the place out. My daughter & I stopped there yesterday on our way back from the piston power show & we were not disappointed!Great service by Jasmine & atmosphere and our food was excellent!Only thing I would like to see added would be a seasoned crust on the edge of the prime rib, but certainly not a deal breaker by any means.Will definitely go back!
The Best Steakhouse in Cleveland! We prefer dining with a quiet atmosphere and excellent food. Harry's is just that place. As busy as they are, especially on Saturday evenings, you would think the wait time would be crazy. We have never had that problem. After dining, Harry's has the most perfect outdoor setting where you can view downtown Cleveland while enjoying an after dinner drink or coffee. When it is chilly, they have the outdoor heat on, as well as a roaring fire place, together with a large television screen.I cannot recommend Harry's Steakhouse enough. It is definitely our "go-to" when dining with our friends and we can actually hear each other without having to shout.AAA+++
From the moment we were there and until we left, everything was phenomenal. Ordered the crab stuffed mushrooms, lobster tail, and filet.The food was amazing. Ben was our waiter tonight and he did an incredible job. We were never left to wonder where the waiter was, he was on it! For as busy as they were (weekend of Valentines Day) the seating was spacious and there was not a long wait.
This place is PERFECT for big group gatherings; just make a reservation. The food was great! The staff was courteous, accommodating, never messed up orders, always checked for refills, served quickly & hot!All of us recommend this restaurant!
Decent food the french onion soup was good not enough onions but had good flavor and cheese. The steak was a little overcooked. The endless salad was decent salad but they seem to make it different every time they bring some. The bread and butter were good as well. If you are in a meat and potatoes mood you should check this place out.
We have been coming here for years. The hostess always welcomes you right away. The waitress or waiter give great customer service. It is very comfortable dining there. Everything we order is always delicious. Keep up the great service. We even do takeout.
Absolutely great! Friendly and fast service. Food was delicious and generous portions. Great value! We went two nights in a row while traveling. Jasmine was our server night one and Ben on night two. Both were very good servers and very efficient!
