We went to this restaurant for happy hour but we’re told specials didn’t apply because there was a ball game. We ordered specialty burgers which included cheese but the bill charged extra for cheese. There was also a transaction fee on the bill. The waitress said that’s a charge for paying with a card. We said we were paying cash. The waitress told us she couldn’t change the bill and that we would have to talk to the manager. The manager took off the extra charges. When I paid, I got bills back but no change. When I said something, I was told the restaurant has no change. Really? Of course, they rounded the bill UP. Never returning!!
Service was good. Food wasn't bad, but their menu is highly scaled back, and bait and switch is still a thing there. They have a daily deals menu provided there are no events happening at Rocket Mortgage Field House or Progressive Field. They don't honor the specials at that location on those days and you don't find out until you order.
Service was bad , server crystal WITH THE BUN was rude and didn’t come back to give refills or ask did we need anything else until the end. Food was was good. We just don’t think the server was paying much attention. She was reaching over our food. Just dropping stuff on the table . Snatching the black baskets out our hands to take them away. Would recommend a different location. CRYSTAL DO BETTER . Your making the team look bad.
My server, Courtney, was amazing! She made everything about my experience so much better. My drinks were strong and my food came out quickly.
Long wait for service. Everything we ordered tasted like fish. Need to change your fry oil! Waitress was odd and had belly hanging out ... Even reached up her shirt scratching her belly as she took our order. I had the bison bowl. Dry, not much flavor, small portions.
Came before the Machine Gun Kelly concert. Was a lot of fun and ok service upstairs. Me and my friends came in from out of town and this was the only place on the trip I used my debit card. Two days after the trip my friend had a $150 charge on his card that he did not make. A day after that I had a $200 charge on my debit card that I did not make. And this week my second friend had almost $500 in charges on his debit card from various spots around Cleveland that we did not go. Very unfortunate but I would take a deeper look at your bartenders.
I’m gonna give this place 5 stars because our food was awesome right before a Cavs game and place was packed . We had Courtney for our server she was great our first time eating here excellent! The only complaint they do not sell Hennessy which is sold all over the arena . Fast seating too decor nice ! Bathroom only has two toilets very small for a place of that capacity. Bison burger was absolutely delicious. Great place I shall return.
This place is a Cleveland gem! My boyfriend and I I came here before a concert, service was kind and attentive and the food was delicious. Would absolutely come here again if we’re in the area! I highly recommend it :)

I went after the monsters hockey game with my family and had an amazing time. The service was amazing. Jasmine was our server and she was so friendly, entertaining, and did an amazing job at checking up on us even though they were very busy.
