Have yet to get a shrimp basket again from Harold’s, no matter what day or time he no longer have any. Very depressing seeing that my one and only order was over a month ago and it was delicious. But try to buy another is out the question. Harold you need to get it together brother or back to Omar’s I go. Sorry tried giving black owners business it’s up to them to come through.
I ALWAYS make a conscious effort to support Black Owned Businesses especially with the current economy, however I was REALLY upset with the quality of my purchase on 04/09/2022. I spent $19.75 for 11 wings, which the majority of the wings looked like they were going through Chemotherapy! Some of these wings weren't even full wings?? OMG I even called back several times but Harold's Kitchen didn't pick-up. They KNEW I was calling to complain. I Will NEVER patron this business again. Lack of integrity and pride with the quality. This is the 2nd time and I'm DONE!
Cincinnati native passing through. Saw soul food in the name and had to give it a go. Wait was longer than expected but we’ll worth it. Food was amazing!!

Extreme long wait, even after waiting 45 mins after I placed the phone order..fish was ok, tilapia which I could prob make way better?? Cabbage from prob last week, mac from three weeks ago and dark weird atmosphere.. this store front has had a thousand restaurants here.. idk what the issue is.. had to go order some fresh Mac afterwards
I ordered a perch sandwich they gave me 3 small dried up pieces of fish, it was hard and disgusting. This was my 1st and last time
Once we ordered our food, the wait time was a lot longer than we would have liked. However, it was well worth the wait. The food was delicious! We ordered catfish and perch dinners with fried okra, rice and fried green tomatoes. The four star is only because of the wait time. We will be ordering from them again.
This place is really unprofessional that don’t never answer the phone they be forgetting ordered items but they’re food is tasty but they really need to work on their customers service….
We came all the way from D.C. People told me to try This Place… After calling them several times and getting hung up on twice, we finally got through, placed and order but because we placed an order more then $25, I was asked to pay up front (But the sign said pay up front after 8pm, it was 7pm) anywho, we paid over $50 for our order and they totally messed our order up, forgot to give us an order of fries & yams, we asked for bbq sauce on the side of our wings, they put it on them, greens were void of seasoning and the pork chops were fried hard, hard (Moist Free Pork Chops) I didn’t even want to try and call back and tell them about the forgotten items because it took so long to get a hold of them the 1st time.
The food is delicious ??. I had the tacos and tasted the chicken Philly and fries.
