Do not ever order from here. I just ordered a pizza as their website lists them as open and they charged my card. Then immediately called me and said "we are not offering delivery right now." And tell me they will refund me and get me the money in 5-7 days. That was the LAST penny to my name to feed my household. And they took it and didn't provide us with the food. Then the guy chuckled when I told him this and said I now have no money left to buy food. He said "well things happen". They are cheap and run down, and to greedy to create a functioning website which would block orders for delivery from them while they aren't able to fulfill them. This guy offered no reimbursement or coupon or anything for my troubles. Don't waste your time you will lose your money.
Didnt care for customer service but I will admit the food was good. I Like the breading on the chicken.
The food is always good in my opinion but the customer service leaves a whole lot to be desired!!! I believe people in customer service forget that they've taken these jobs to serve the public. I should not know you're having a bad day or hate your job.
NASTY.THE PARKING LOT IS GOOD REPRESENTAION OF HOW NASTY THE FOOD IS AND HOW NASTY THE SERVICE IS.EVERYTHING LOOKS DIRTY SO I'M SURE THE PARTS WE CAN'T SEE ARE PROBABLY THE DIRTIEST.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I ordered my food and 2.5+ hrs later, still NO FOOD! Every time I call they kept saying my order was on the way. The location isn’t anymore than 10 mins from my house. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Update: food finally arrived but the pizza was burnt and cold. Will NEVER order from here again!
Just don't do it. Don't go here. Complaining means talking to the manager/owner and your order will still fall on deaf ears. Idk who's worse here or pizza hut on chagrin.
No gloves no mass He's back there making pizza with no gloves on . The lady had acrylic on her nails making food with no gloves No one had on a mask no 1 had on gloves loves they're touching money and making your food this was last night February 24th We'll never return there..
We got all the wrong food but it was all delicious anyways! Hopefully whatever we get next time is just as good!
I arrived at Happy's Pizza I guess at the time the store had just opened because the entire parking lot that housed other businesses was totally empty except for my car. At least the parking lot was clean. I sat in my car for a few minutes because I couldn't tell if the store was open. When I did enter the store was slightly dark but, clean and I didn't see any employees at all. It is kind of hard to see through the glass that is dark tinted. I assumed that there was only 1 person working because He was the only 1 who came out from the back. My pizza was due to be picked up at the time I had arrived and was quoted a time of an additional 6 minutes. I didn't mind waiting for the order at this time because I had no other orders and no where else to go. The employee was very nice and polite and He even apologized and gave me a smile. Even though I like to have my orders already prepared and ready on time there are exceptions to the rules (sometimes) when the Merchant is courteous and polite with a smile that makes Your day a little better. ESPECIALLY WHEN I DIDN'T MIND NOR COMPLAIN ABOUT THE WAIT.
Good food, no complaints here just don't get they steak sandwich
