Gyro George is an East Side institution. Big selection, generous servings, decent prices. All night service. We order online at both at work and home, and we keep coming back. It's not fancy cooking, just good down home with a menu to offer selections for just about any diner. Just want to add that I have not had any gyros, so it's the one food I can't comment on. Enjoy!
Very disappointed. 2/19/22 Ordered 2 gyro combos 1 regular and 1 chicken paid $45 with Door Dash delivery "no fee" offer. The regular gyro meat was nasty, tasted old and was chunky not sliced. Very little tomatoes and onions on it. The chicken one tasted ok, but made my husband sick later that night. He had upset stomach and diarrhea. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from here again.

My gyro was nothing but grease. I could have wet 2 napkins wiping the grease off. The place is so dirty inside and they have junk all over the place that has nothing to do with the restaurant.
Always a good meal here! On Tuesdays, the special on Gyros is good and on Wed they run one for chicken Gyros.
I’m done ordering from this place this is now the third time I have ordered food with eggs and my food with webs is placed at the bottom of the bag while the other food is placed on top where the heat continues to cook the eggs since all the heat is going to the bottom of the bag and I get mast eggs everytime like what’s the point of ordering food if it’s going to be nasty by the time you get it done wasting money bring the men cooks back they seem to know what their doing as you can see in the picture no runny yoke like I’m supposed to have my eggs continued to cook while at the bottom of the bag word of advice when a customer orders eggs always put that food at the top of the bag
Friendly staff, customer service was great. Free drinks while we waited which wasn't very long at all. No seating of any sort tho, must be cuz of covid..Well worth the time waiting to be able to pick up the gyro & fit it in my big mouth. 5 stars! Love it!
This was the worst gyro I've ever had.The sauce tasted like it was spoiled. And the meat was tastless.i never leave comments but this might be the worst food I've ever had and I have traveled the country for work.
Stopped in for the lunch gyro which was an excellent deal. I got it as take out and went home to enjoy a nice lunch. They have plenty of nice seating if you don't want to do take out.
The gyros are soggy and greasy with old vegetables on them. And the sauce is downright nasty! Very disappointed in the quality compared to how good they used to be.
