I never had a problem with my food at this restaurant. The Big Bite Gyro is a deal! Can't beat it! My go to spot when I want a good Gyro. There breakfast are okay too. Ofcourse, There's a couple of other places in the area to get Gyros but it's not as good in my opinion.
Wish there was a ZERO star option!! First and last time eating out of this joint. In the midst of a raging pandemic, the cooks had their masks down, talking over open food orders. They put the receipts (handled by the girls up front with no gloves on) in the tray with the food (gross when there wasn’t a thing called COVID). Said my order would be ready in 10 minutes, which turned out to be an hour and 2 minutes. Food was sloppily thrown into the tray and it didn’t taste good AT ALL.
I ordered food on Christmas and picked it up. I understood that it was packed. My issue is that I paid $16.99 for a jumbo gyro when I clearly was given a tiny gyro. I'm just upset I didn't get what I ordered AND I overpaid. And to make it worse, the cook did not wear any gloves and literally wiped his bare hands on his pants. It's unsanitary. The only positive was that the food was delicious.
The staff is not friendly and after sitting down to eat you might want to use the bathroom forget it they will post a fake construction sign and lie about it . the. County should inspect this business. and give them a citation for allowing customers to sit down to eat and denied the comfort of washing your handsBig mistake
This place from the outside looks like it's falling apart. When you walk inside it gets worse. Very dirty & smelly. Menus are filthy and made from what looks to be poster board. Also grease splatters all over the menus, EW. The employees very rude and barely speak English. Pretty sure the cook has Covid because he kept hacking a lung over the grill. They are all RUDE. One was sitting on a milk crate in the back yelling in who knows what language. Nobody seems to wear gloves while cooking, no thanks. There's a McDonalds nearby that will probably get your order right. Wish you can give zero stars. Not worth the one.
I’ve lived in Cleveland for 27 years, and never have I ever had been presented with such a poorly constructed polish boy. It’s very disheartening. The worker must not be a native to Cleveland, Because he wouldn’t have been proud to say that he prepared this Iconic, legendary sandwich with such poor execution.I wish I didn’t have to leave a review like this, But unfortunately, the restaurant has taken their phone off the hook…Note to Gyro George; Don’t put coleslaw on the bottom of a Polish boy sandwich - it goes on the top.Note to the customer; The food is great, but I would avoid the Polish boy :/
I always order the gyro breakfast with egg and cheese I recommend ask to shave the hard meat off toast your bread ...it's very delicious
Food was disgusting. It use to be good but they going down. Prices going up but the value of the food going down. It made me sick.
Food was awful. Wasn’t hot just warm. Service was good.
Thankful for the specials. The phone in order feature is great, they text you when your order is ready. I recommend
