I have never been inside of a more filthy establishment. Not only was the environment gross, the employees all looked like they needed showers. No one was wearing a uniform so it was impossible to know who worked there. The woman at the register had her gut out, pressed on the counter. We ordered a pizza at 11 and were told that it would be a half hour until it was ready. We showed up at 1145 and we were told by an employee that they “didn’t have it”, but then didn’t update us on when or if they were going to have it ready. So we sat down and waited…… for 45 minutes. During that time none of the employees would communicate with about our food. We kept going up to the counter to ask, the employees would look at us, say nothing and then run to the back. After the 45 minutes my boyfriend had to literally beg them for our food. Would never return. Even if you paid me………Pizza was pretty fire though.
Pizza is pretty mid and decent. Service is horrible. My first time trying this place with my friends and me being visibly Muslim wearing hijab, asked him he can grab my slice with a different utensil after he use that one for a pizza with pepperoni on it. He scuffed and rolled his eyes like it was a big hassle like at his big age doing all that. Very ghetto. Don’t recommend it’s not worth it.
Hello, I would like to speak about my experience and service, I've been there for pickups at least 3 xs. The pizza was just perfect, my cook was absolutely polite on time and made the food perfect each time he said his name was Devin Cooper handsome young man and very respectful. I give 5 stars ? keep up the good work and service. Thank you
Good pizza trash box service. The heavy lady is lazy and barely wants to get up to take or get your order and every time I come in to grab a slice of pizza on lunch hour its always a wait. Today it was an 8 to 10 min cause they didn't have no pizza ready. I feel that if you know that its lunch time why would you wait until you have no slices of pizza ready to put a pizza in. Make it make sense.
Placed an order for delivery and they immediately charged my card, but two hours we called back and were told they were definitely not bringing it and they would cancel the order. They never cancelled it on their end and now I have to deal with the bank to dispute the charge. Can't review the food because we never received it. Definitely will not try them again.
I was staying at the Drury inn hotel. When we got hit with a massive snow storm last week this gentleman after finding out that they were open didn't have any delivery drivers and ended up walking me the pizza we had ordered because no one else could deliver. I didn't know the town very well at all and I was taking a shot in the dark for finding food. I wish I remembered his name he was a wonderful guy he went above and beyond. thank you so much.
Food is amazing. Always is. But delivery is beyond awful. I leave generous tips but the drivers never come to the apartment and today actually made us get the food out of their back seat while they sat there and smoked
The website did not work when we tried to order. We then tried to order on door dash who sent it to the wrong location. When's called this location to cancel the order, I was put on hold 3 times for over 40 minutes before being told they already made it (while I was on hold) and now they would not cancel it. To clarify, they put me on hold while I tried to cancel the order then picked up after making it to tell me they can't cancel because they made it. I'll never try to order from here again. Poor service, bad attitude, completely inflexible.
First time here. Called to make sure they were open since it's New Years Day. The lady running the front, Jasmine, was very aware and extremely helpful. The pizza by the slice was fresh and still steaming. We also got a deep dish and can't wait to try that too!! 10/10 highly recommended!
So on my way in to work I stop for Cheesy Bread. It’s burnt. I call them and they say bring it back he’ll remake them. I’m at work. Usually does a good job. I even tipped for some burnt food. I’m disappointed.
