Restaurant was clean, especially when compared to the Chipotle next door. I forgot how good the chicken was. And Nanni (not sure of spelling?) was very very nice and accommodating, a real peach.
I haven't been here in a while and I wish I hadn't went the other day. The best thing was the cole slaw and I'm not a fan of cole slaw. The fries were ok BUT the chicken was terrible. They were cooked fresh but I think to much batter was on them. They were so soggy, not crispy at all. They didn't have any flavor either. Tasted like I was just eating a plain piece of meat. If I hadn't use my own money I would have thrown this away. And the slice of bread OMG must have been soaked in oil. It was not the regular piece of garlic bread it was a regular slice of bread like you was going to make a sandwich. It was horrible. Not to take anything away from Guthrie because I know their food can be delicious its just the one in Steelyard. It must be the help. Maybe they are cutting corners and using a lower grade of chicken and being cheap using a slice of bread. I am done with eating at Guthrie's unless another one comes to the area. If I could give them no star I would. TERRIBLE!!!
Awesome chicken tenders and fries! We tried all the sauces and you can’t go wrong with any of them. Coleslaw kinda sucked.
Friendly staff. Clean lobby and bathroom. Delicious fresh and hot chicken fingers. Great sauce, and they substituted the slaw for more fries. No knock on the slaw, I'm just not a slaw guy. Toast was tasty and had a nice crunch on the outside.
I ordered a single chicken sandwich and got this surprise. Crunching into a chicken bone has ruined my appetite. Horrible experience.
This was my second time at Guthrie's and again i was highly impressed with my food, I was also impressed with the great customer service by Alyssa who assisted with making the experience convenient. Thanks.
Chipotle's burrito bowl was the bomb. Haven't had a Chipotle anything this good in years. The manager had to remake my food because someone has been coming in stealing customers orders as a delivery driver or something. But this is what happens when no one cares. The worker said she was tired of remaking people's orders. So the manager remade mine. Do like Lil Cesars and get a case with codes to them. When you pay online you must have your code and/or receipt. That's the only way the door will open. Probably won't go back to a Chipotle for a while. Pizza is usually my go to anyway.
Food was good, the Guthrie sauce is excellent. Just needs a little cleaning around the dining area. Staff was really nice.
This place always has amazing customer service and the food is always fresh and great quality! I didn’t catch her name but the girl with the black and blonde hair was super sweet! Can’t recommend this place enough.
The employee very friendly, chicken fingers we're very good with Guthrie's sauce, fries weren't fresh, cooked a little hard.
