great atmosphere. got to eat outside on a perfect summer day. they had someone playing piano which was awesome. the scenery felt like something from a dream i had once. the food was also pretty great! i wish the bread served to us was warm though, but getting free refills on bread is always awesome. only complaints is no warm bread, only two bathrooms, and the prices were a bit too high, though i was probably NOT the target audience for the restaurant. also the chicken for the chicken picatta was surprisingly really good, however had i known how good the sauce here was, i probably would’ve went with some lasagna instead.

Father’s Day meal at @guarinoscleveland a 104 year institution on Murray Hill ( little Italy ) Cleveland. Meat ravioli, fettuccine Alfredo( huge portion), garlic bread (literally bread and fresh garlic ), fresh fried mozzarella, a pizza and shrimp wrapped with prosciutto. All very good. Great atmosphere inside and a relaxing patio outside. Solid Italian feast. Service from Layla was attentive but not overbearing

Found this Italian restaurant while visiting Cleveland over Mother's Day weekend. Wanted to experience Little Italy while we were there. We did not have reservations but they were able to accommodate us with outdoor seating on their recently renovated patio. It was nice however it could have been nicer if they would have used table cloths instead of just the metal outdoor tables. It was a bit chilly and they had outdoor heaters but they were not using them. The food was ok- nothing to brag about. I have had better food at Olive Garden but still not bad. The other thing I did not like is that entrees do not include a salad which just about everywhere I have eaten in this type of restaurant includes a side salad. The iced tea was instant tea and the parking is valet only. If your not expecting the best in Italian cuisine then this place would be acceptable.

This is one of the best authentic Italian restaurants I have gone to.The food was insanely delicious.Juciest meatballs we ever tried. The vibe was beautiful we sat out in the back just a good vibe we loved visiting Cleveland and Guarino's was on rhe top of the list. 9 out of 10.

Took the family (kids 14 and 10) for lunch during the week after a trip to the art museum. Food was fantastic. Cocktails were great. We absolutely loved the classic Italian restaurant atmosphere. The only downside was perhaps the service. We were one of only a few tables occupied and we felt like we were not welcomed. I guess everyone has their days right? Anyway, I wouldn't shy away because of that.

The service was excellent. The food was top notch. Don't listen to the bad reviews we didn't see any of those problems.

They opened a little early to welcome us. We had driven from Michigan and this was our first stop. The food was delicious and the restaurant was cozy.I actually found and purchased the pasta sauce from a local Kroger.

Afternoon in Clevelands Little Italy wandered into this little gem of a neighborhood restaurant. It was a pretty steady flow of customers for a 3:30 pm lunch/dinner. Marylou took excellent care of us. We ordered some Pinot Grigios and 1/2 Caeser Salads to start followed by Linguini White Clam sauce which was so very good and the Scrod also cooked to perfection. It was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon I highly recommend this restaurant

Superb tradional Italian meal. The Calamari was cooked just right with their flavourful red sauce. She had a tasty tender Chicken Parmigiana u could cut with a fork. I enjoyed the Veal Saltimbocca & both had a side of pasta. My Veal & prosciutto were done perfectly with plenty of accoutrement I could include with each fork full. After multiple Dr's appointments this was a great ending & an easy quick walk from hotel.
